4-10-16... Since ordering for the first time in January I have ordered this THREE times! I split these with my daughter. They are GREAT in tea and coffee. These are not overly sweet but they add a different taste to my tea. For friends- and me- I add one to my cup, then pour my tea over the top (it is so much nicer than the typical white sugar cubes!). Definitely an 'extra' purchase that is not NEEDED, a luxury, but I love the taste!What can I say... absolutely DIVINE!!!I had never had a brown sugar cube- ever- until I found these. I went for the big guns and bought the largest possible size! I just knew I would love and use them, and I do.I use these for tea mainly, and for my oatmeal- OH and my daily sweet potato! Instead of getting out the brown sugar and risking the sugar to absorb a tiny bit of water and become rock hard, I grab for a few of these- one for my tea, one for my mouth- they are THAT GOOD!I also like that they are not perfectly square, and they look terrific when put in a glass sugar jar. These are definitely a treat and not an item we NEED but my goodness if you can, get a small bag or the big size either for you or for a friend (who loves tea-or sweet potato's (; ), then do it. They are delicious and a bonus- made in SEATTLE, Washington!

I just pop this in to my espresso instead of flavoring. I love the irregularity of these because I can pick out smaller ones for smaller cups of coffee. These are so good and exquisite! I don't taste overly molasses as some have stated, just a nice richer flavor over regular sugar and I usually don't use sugar in my tea or coffee so this adds a nice hint of flavor and sweetness to my coffee.

I don't know what to say other than that these are wonderful. I had to give a baggie of them to a friend who fell in love, and now she's ordering them. They have a bit of a maple taste to them. When I add them to morning coffee, I often pop one in my mouth at the same time. Ha. Excellent tasting... have never come across anything similar.

We Love Love Love the brown sugar cubes. We have been buying this product for over a year now to use for hot tea. We try to use brown sugar for everything because it's healthier. Love the taste and will buy again for sure. Only dislike is no packing material for product. However i have never received a broken container and less trash is great.

EDIT: Our third order just came in and they have done away with the plastic jar with screw on lid. The cubes are now in a non-resealable plastic bag within a paper box. I had to repurpose another container to protect the open bag. This is a major downgrade of the product packaging. The cubes seem to be the same but the company has cut costs to increase profit, and possibly to make the product spoil more quickly. Very disappointing, I'll probably look to another brand in the future. <First World Problems>We got a small packet of these in a gift box. They are perfect to drop into coffee or tea. My wife says she consumes less sugar using one of these rather than a teaspoon of refined sugar. They slowly sweeten the drink if you don’t stir them in vigorously. They also have a nice brown sugar flavor that’s more interesting than white sugar.

In the deep of winter, in the great northeast, it's hard to "start a starter" from nothing. But the Breadtopia starter was great! easy to use, easy to flourish. Happy baking to all.

I've been using light brown sugar cubes for many, many years and finally ran out recently. Imagine my great surprise to find that not even one single "big" grocery store in my area carries the sugar cubes any longer. When I researched online, I found that Amazon.com had the best offer possible and could send me more. The 2.2 pound air-tight plastic container is great too. The cubes stay fresh and ready for pouring into a smaller container for easy handling. Thank you, Amazon.com, for offering this great and wonderful product.

This is a really good sugar. I put two lumps in coffee or tea. I eat it sometimes for a sweet fix. The sugar cubes are irregular in shape but that is a good thing. Much better than white pressed sugar cubes in my opinion. The container is nice and easy to store. I bought two; one for my friend.
