Love this fan. Mine did not come with a remote. It does have a bit of noise from the glass hitting. I’ve tried to space out so it does not hit the best I could. It may just be it is not level on our end. It’s beautiful and cools our room nicely. I would recommend it.Just expect to take a while to put all the glass on the hooks and then on fan. It’s beautiful so worth the time.

Love the fan but the remote control was not in the box. How can I get a remote control. Pleased with the fan but very disappointed the remote was not packed

Product looks nice but there is a lot of assembly involved with installation. A simple video tutorial or even a wiring diagram could ease a lot of headache. I've installed several ceiling fans and light fixtures without issue, this is the first time I have run into an issue. The customer service was had no idea how to wire the product and told me to hire an electrician? HOW IS AN ELECTRICIAN GOING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO WIRE THE FAN WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WIRES ARE SUPPOSED TO GO TO WHAT?1. Crystals are not attached and must be individually put on with nylon wire, nylon wire not included.2. The light sockets are not pre-wired and must manually be wired together (all black wires tie together and all white wires tie together - wire nut will not be big enough to cover the bundle of exposed copper and must be wrapped in electrical tape), not mentioned in the instructions.3. The wire leading up to the fan assembly is 3 wires (red, white and blue) but the sockets only have 2 wires (black and white)... Again not mentioned in the instructions, 3 wires leading down to 2 wires is confusing without a wiring diagram especially since they are all different colors.4. Within the fan assembly there are 3 wires loose which are red, white and blue. I assume these wires tie into the light fixture wiring respectively (red to red, blue to blue, white to white).5. Going into the ceiling is like any other fan, though I think on my product the blue wire is the fan power (normally the light power on other fans) but I cannot say for sure.

The fan is beautiful. Bought it about a year ago. With the warm weather we finally used the fan and there is such a loud annoying grinding noise you cannot sleep with it on. Disappointed that since it was a year ago that it was purchased I have e no recourse.

The fan is beautiful, and a great value for the price. My only issue is that two legs of the light didn't work with the first one I ordered. Amazon immediately shipped another, and I had the same issue. The electrician wired it correctly, but we both agreed that it was in the unit. He took the internal mechanisms of the fan apart, and realized that it came from the factory wired wrong. When he rewired the internal part of the unit, the fan worked fine. It was a lot of extra work, but I do love it.

It would be 5 stars if it’d come with all the parts. Now that it’s up, it’s beautiful and I love it. But it took about 4 hrs because all the crystals have to be put on the wires separately. And some hardware was missing. Luckily he had his own stuff to get it done.I think it was probably a returned product they sold as “new.”

The fan and light are beautiful when up. But as others have mentioned, the light kit wiring is a mess and easy to get wrong. I have also replaced the light pull chain switch as the one that comes with the light quick working after a week.

This is the pretties fan ever. It wasn’t that difficult to put together but it did take some time but soooo worth it. My electrician was able to put a dimmer switch and a low med high remote on the wall switch. This is absolutely beautiful when it is dim at night. Love love love it! 😀
