My wife researched gazebos for a month before settling on this one. Reading the reviews, it seemed like it was going to be a multi-day, long-hours type of project. In the end, it wasn't near as difficult as other reviewers have said it was during installation. I started the installation by myself and had my dad and uncle help me finish it the next day.When I was by myself: opening the boxes, sorting the parts, and getting through around 30% of the build took 4 hours.The next day, with 3 people working on it: another 4 hours (including time to anchor into the concrete) and we were done.Some tips to make the build easier and possibly faster:Get every piece out and sort them by their corresponding letters. This takes some time in the beginning but helps things move faster once you start.Pay attention to the instructions and place parts exactly where they go. A couple of times we switched "W1" and "W2" since they were the same length but the threaded holes line up in a certain way, and we had to take parts down and reverse them because of our assumption.You will need a 7 foot or taller ladder to be able to reach the bolts on the roof.Center your frame and anchor it before you begin the roof - it is much lighter to move around for measurements as the frame only.Pros about the gazebo:Very sturdy when anchored down. We had a strong storm yesterday and it didn't move at all.The roof is made of durable tin, so it is heavy but good quality and when bolted correctly, does not let any rain in whatsoever.The curtains and mosquito netting are also good quality. The curtains are waterproof and dry quickly.Cons:The description says there are two hooks in the middle beam (for fans or lights) but there was only one hook and one threaded hole for the hook on our gazebo. Not a huge issue but be aware if you're buying this because you think it has two hooks.The instructions are pictures only, no notes or words, but as long as you triple check the diagram you can cut down on mistakes.The self-threading screws they provide for 2 different pieces are useless and I ended up not even using the pieces (they are small components that cover up gaps and edges, so they weren't needed or crucial to the integrity of the build). If you have self threading screws at home, use your own.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how high quality the structure is considering it's an unknown brand. The installation was much easier than I anticipated and instructions are clear enough to not confuse you if you take your time and get it right.

Very nice gazebo. Smaller than the footprint measurements of my old one, even though the were the same size. Two of us put together within 6 hrs. Instructions easy to follow, especially if you are used to ikea style instructions. Only con that I have found on this is that it doesn’t have a screen system for the vented top, therefore netting is kind of useless if you have lights in it. But, for the money, I am very happy with it so far.

This really should be 5 stars if it were not for 1 fault... a rather badly damaged piece. Let me start by saying the product is beautiful, well built and goes together great... just need to take your time and don't get intimidated by the direction booklet (I've had textbooks that weren't this thick :) and the pages are even laminated). The directions are just pictures, no wording... just need to take your time and look at what is being shown to you. I put it together myself with basically my cordless drill... I just called my wife and son to lend an extra set of hands once or twice when needed. The packing and packaging were excellent!! Everything is laid out in each carton in way that makes sense, there is wood lining the inside of the cartons along with metal bracing and lots of Styrofoam, it's packaged to withstand the rigors of shipping. All of this packing material adds to the weight, but they don't seem to mind paying for this. I work in the logistics industry... so I know how much more they are paying for this. I've seen all types and manners of packing thru my 30 years in the industry... this is by far some of the best I've seen!! Which is why it was such a shame when I pulled out one of the leg Posts' and it was badly dented... it wasn't from the packing/shipping, the carton was in perfect condition and the damaged post was in the middle of the box and no other piece around it had nearly a scratch... meaning it was packed as such. Someone packed the dented post and sent it like that... it's just such a shame, it's poor quality control. With that being said .. I decided to go ahead with the build with it as such... luckily, it's in a spot that the small diagonal crossmember bolts to. The dent is still visible as it bulges out a bit on one side, but the bolting of the cross-member hides it on the other side. I am willing to live with it, I put that corner in an area that is not often passed by, and the dent is pretty high up on the post so not easily visible by most... you really have to be looking for it, otherwise you breeze right by it. Other than that, I was really impressed with the quality of the materials, the packaging, the laminated instruction booklet :) and the overall look once put together is just beautiful... the wood look is really the way to go, it's adds so much - I've gotten so many compliments already. So great value for the money and like I said almost perfect!

You will not be disappointed with this Gazebo. It is heavy-duty, easy to assemble (though you'll need a helper or two), and beautiful when finished. All the pieces fit together perfectly, with no issues at all. We will enjoy this gazebo for years to come. It's been through some mighty winds already and is as sturdy as we'd hoped.

Easy to assemble but don't unzip the curtains or the netting immediately. Because after I did that, I couldn't remember what order they should have been when I was ready to hang them. I know that my 10x12 has 6 hoops on the short side and 7 hoops on the long side, but even after doing that I was still having issues making them close properly.I reached out to customer service who could not have been more responsive, helpful and professional. Based on my description of the issue know what order the curtains should go back together. Simply put, just match up the tag #'s and it will fit perfectly. Truly an impressive company with impressive personnel and processes.
