Q: Is there a key overide for dead battery situation?

When the batteries are running low, it will remind you to replace the batteries, and also can use a type-c battery when it is out of power for an emergency to unlock When you bought the set, it will come with 3 physical keys, when the batteries are dead, you can unlock it with the physical keys. Hi dear customer, Thanks for your question. Do you mean you want many devices to control the lock on the App? Our smart locks can be added by one account which will be the main account. If you want someone else also use the TTLock/Next Lock App to control the lock(s), they need to download the App and register the account.
