ALL but about 10 cookies were broken, small pieces. Tried to bring to a dinner gathering for dessert and to my horror, it was embarrassing to say the least. Good quality, great tasting cookie but 10 cookies instead of a whole tin full. very disappointed. Tried writing to shipper and can't. I'm very dissatisfied.

I grew up with these beyond-delicious Swedish gingersnaps, stacked for transportation without breaking. These look like leftover broken pieces dumped in a tin and sold cheap. I cannot give these as a gift to one of my American friends.I am truly disappointed with the quality of this purchase.

Cookies good, but broken all to pieces.. Good thing they were not a gift for someone.. Too pricey to come all crumbled..13 out of the whole tin was not broken

A whole tin of broken hearts and not returnable. There were only three whole ones. I’ve written, but not heard back! Bummed! They weren’t inexpensive and I love the taste and would LOVE to find them somewhere whole!

Not very happy with this order. All my cookies were broken. They were suppose to be heart shaped cookies. I won't be buying these anymore.

Love the heart shaped cookies but they were broken into so many pieces when received. I ordered a tin for now and one for Valentine’s Day as a gift since they’re heart shaped. Hope the gift tin looks better than the one I opened.

I adore these cookies and wanted so much to try the heart shaped cookies for Valentines so I ordered one for my sister which she received on the 24th and one for myself which I received a few days earlier. Sadly once I opened the beautiful tin I found that all the cookies were in pieces, except 15 of them. Every piece will be eaten and appreciated.....but it was a rather sad presentation. My sister's gift of the the cookies was just as bad....everything broken to bits. The regular cookies from them are well packaged and protected. This heart cookie tin is so pretty, but they need to figure out how to protect these wonderful beautiful heart cookies as well. I hope they don't give up on them. They are so lovely and the tin is so pretty.

These are my favorite ginger cookies. They are a little sweet but the spices really stand out. I also love the thin and crispy texture. They are extra good when topped with a little plain cream cheese.
