...because at least for me, I don't miss meat so much, but cheese is hard to live without. This gives most of the umami of cheese without the sickly gunk that comes out of a cow.

I love this stuff, but after trying larger, better value bags from health food stores it really is the same flavour, this might be a tiny bit stronger. I love the shaker of this container though so I bought it again, it's perfect!

First time purchasing this kind of product, and I finally can complete all those recipes that required Nutritional Yeast in it... You can add it to so many dishes as it's really versatile ! This exact product was recommended by one of those Vegan blogs, so I knew already it was gonna be good, but I'm still happy for my purchase and glad I found the exact same brand I was looking for.

I like its cheesy taste. I use it a lot. I add into to soups, pop corn, chicken, eggs, dips, spreads, cereals, juices and smoothies for added flavor and nutrition. It's a food supplement of great value, a source of complete protein and vitamins, being particularly rich in B vitamins. It contains folates, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, Iron, Selenium, Magnesium and ZincContains NO: Salt or sugar.

Great product, however the lid seems to be fragile, and was broken on arrival.

This product is very easy to use. It doesn't change the taste of your main dish much but it gives it enough flavour to act like a spice. It works magic for me and I add it to all of my main meals to boost up my vitamin intake. I would definitely recommend it to others as well. The item is quite big itself and I have been using it fairly often but I still have a lot left to last me for a good month or two.
