Why do I need a sensor when most phones have this capability?

Hello. Thanks for your question. A phone's camera does not sample at a high enough rate to obtain the data required for accurate HRV coherence. Also, not only is the sample rate inadequate but also any finger movement will create artefacts which will interfere with the flow of accurate data. Additionally, the camera light on a phone gets very hot and after a few minutes becomes uncomfortable. I hope this information is useful. Best regards, Gavin, HeartMath

Can more than one person use the sensor? (I Obviously do not mean at the same time) my partner wants to use it as well.

Hello. Yes - absolutely no problem. They should download the app for themselves onto their own phone (free of charge) and then use your sensor on their phone. The sensor does not hold any data itself - it just transmits to the app and data is hello on the phone and in the cloud :-)

What delivery company do you use to send this?

Hello. We use Royal Mail First Class Tracked and Signed in the UK and International Tracked and Signed outside the UK. You (or someone you know) must be at he delivery address to sign for your package. If you are not then the post person will post you an attempted delivery card.
