Anivia Rainwater Collection System, Rain Barrel Diverter Kit for Diverting Water, Fits 2'' x 3'' Standard Gutter Downspout (White)

I bought this for a 3.5 inch downspout. The instructions say to put your top piece of cut downspout around the outside of this catch. I have no idea why the instructions would say such a thing. It didn't fit. So i shoved the edge of the top, cut downspout into the top of this catch and that made it work. It works fine and fills my rain barrel nicely.

Pretty easy to install with a few tools. Only problem that kept it from a five-star was the hoses that came with it were squished and will not round back out, causing impedance to the water flow.

The media could not be loaded.  These work great but I had professionals install them when I replaced all my gutters. They used sheetmetal screws to make sure they were very secure. I also had all of them pointing away from the house so I do not need to keep the rain barrels hooked up at all times. That way they do not send water in weep holes or the foundation. When I put the barrels on I will just use the hose. I do not know how sturdy they are if you just add them according to the instructions.

Just what we needed. Works great in our rain barrel.
