This tool work with bmw/mini?

I’ve used it on an e60 and an e87 and it’s been perfect. I’ve also used it on Audis, Renaults, Kia, range rovers and mercs. Hope this helps

Can the ram and rom be expanded and how much is to update yearly

No, TOPDON ArtiDiag Pro supports 32 GB rom and 2 GB ram, it doesn't support expanding the memory. The update fee is 249 dollars a year. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us at support@topdon.com.

Will this model carry out sensor adaptions on VW group vehicles. G450 dpf pressure sensor for example.

Yes you can reset all dpf values it will read live data too to confirm the readings.
