The delivery was great and it arrived extremely early, the only thing for me is that the blue hoodie bit comes off quite a lot.

Worth the money

the white furry bits that act as the helmet of kuromi came overgrown and not properly trimmed so there were massive pieces hanging on the face waiting to be saved. I had to do some diy trimming with fabric scissors and used glue to clean up the edges. the blush is also uneven and faded on one side but all in all after fixing it up myself, its job has been done and she has loved it.

this is a christmas present overall good product but one of the small balls on the ear fell of before i hd even got it out the bag it was in

This is the worst fake I've ever seen and it was damaged,it had no labels or CE labels,I will be sending it back and getting a full refund,very dissapointed

Great item my daughter loved it but it took far too long to be delivered wich was very disappointing went past the due delivery date and some more took well over a month to come
