Excellent workout toy!! So much fun that I'm giving it a name..... The "X" Bar!You know the rules: if you name it, then you've claimed it. And I'm claiming this one forever! This is a great variation workout bar. Lightweight and supportive. Fits all three styles of my 2" Olympic weight plates plus both metal spring and the new hard plastic compression bar collars. And the central "X" design is incredible! Really gives you that extra bit of pump in your rep.All metal is smooth and burr/sharp shard free. While the handles don't have any knurling, the metal combined with the black matte powder coated finish keeps them comfortable in the hand. And the angled design is really nice. Long story short..... you maintain your grip & get a great workout!!Excellent variation! Looking forward to my next "X"Bar workout!!

I bought it because my Smith/ Rack isn't quite the right size for my multi-grip bar. With that, I just did a set with 335lbs on bench and it was fine. Be careful when putting on the first weight or taking off the last weight as the bar is so light it will try to flip on you if you treat it like a 45lbs bar.

I have two other similar bars that are rated for much more weight. But this bars design makes it quite comfortable to use with the center taper and the fact that it’s only about 15 lbs makes it easy for me to move it around in my small basement gym. The grips are not knurled but really not a big deal I put some athletic tape on them and good to go. Now I wouldn’t go loading this bar up with 400 lbs but for lighter assistance movement very versatile. Theres no weight rating listed so use common sense loafing it up. Would really be helpful if it did !!! By the way, it’s not aluminum as some reviews have speculated.

Affordable and easy to assemble. I use it frequently and would recommend!

Pros:Not difficult to put together. I used my own allen key set and socket set to put it together faster than the supplied tools.You can easily add plates without having to lift up one side and slide them.Cons:Not 45 lbs. (I should have read the fine print so that's on me)Scratches easily but not a huge issue.Unlike a traditional hex bar, you can't grab it at a lower position.

Goes together easy. Quality packaging. Quality all around. Beautiful. Will enhance my leg days. Easier on the back than a bar out front. I recommend.

Günstige Hexbar mit ausreichen Maßen. Für mich mit 190cm und 115 KG bequem zu greifen.Relativ schnell und sehr einfach aufgebaut. 1000 mal umwickelt geliefert. Auspacken dauert locker 15 Minuten.Bis 160 KG hält sie auf jeden Fall aus. Mehr Bumper Plates passen bei mir leider nicht drauf.Größtes Manko für mich: keine Riffelung an den Griffen. Bei schwitzigen Händen und hohem Gewicht schwer festzuhalten dadurch.
