Q: How come its advertised as 5lt but can says 4.5kg and can is only 3/4 full?

Those are two different measurements. 5lt is a fluid measure while 4.5kg is the mass/ weight of the contents. I could buy a litre of antifreeze and it would weigh 6 kg, for example. (Quoted numbers are not accurate but for explanation only.
