It comes with everything you see. I think is a great price for all the things it has. I am a complete disaster and I am new in this thing of decoration but it brings instructions with pictures. Great for cake decoration if you know what you are doing. I wish it brought the examples of each tip so as a beginner you are able to differentiate one from the other. It looks strong and I already used mine and will say that is easy to clean.

For $6 you can't go wrong. Great for beginners and everyday home use. All pieces were there and in good condition. I haven't used them yet, but I'm sure they will work fine for what I need. Would recommend.

The tips are great, I love the variety. The bags, not so much. Maybe I'm just used to using disposable plastic bags but these just had to much stretch and kept ballooning out close to the tips.

I am very pleased with the quality and price point of this set!
