Great product. I’m 44 male and this is a chill pill. No head ache no issues. Will buy again. U actually got the 200 mg to break up the dose. It I will take these next. Great stuff. You wa t to take this with the calcium D glucate* misspelled but I found out you want to take together.

This is an interesting supplement. I bought it because someone mentioned it can help with insomnia. So, while it does help induce drowsiness, it however doesn't help me "stay" asleep. I don't want to call this a bad product though, because I am probably hopeless. Giving it 3 stars though because it will definitely make you tired.
