Does the coated and uncoated come on separate card stock or are they back to back on the same stock?

Separate stock cards - they are in two separate fan fold guides.

Does this include metallics?

Thanks for the enquiry. It has a few Metallics, mainly Gold & Silver but very few. Pantone produce two separate guides each with 300 Metallic colours in. Dave
