We are so happy with our purchase of this sauna. The ultra low EMF is what caught my attention and we were also looking for a sauna that could be placed outdoors. Not all of them can be. This one checked all of the boxes. Delivery was made within one week with exceptional communication from the delivery company and the seller. Set up was easy and it works great! Infrared saunas help my arthritis very much. And it gets all the nasty toxins out of our bodies. The Bluetooth speakers are very nice as I put on my audiobook and just sit and listen. I could even put a movie on my iPad on a table just in front of the sauna and be entertained. I highly recommend this sauna!

This is great!. Got here much earlier than expected (or estimated). Came in three boxes on a pallet. The freight company rolled it right into my garage. All boxes were in perfect condition. Super well packed. It was very easy to setup (you need two people to do it safely). Everything works as described. The Bluetooth speakers sound great. We are very happy with the purchase. We got the Mohagany and its beautiful and smells great too. Ours, as you see, is outside but under our awning near the pool. I hope it will last a long time. (Does come with a 10yr warranty).

It takes 2 people to put together. We both love it. We use it at least 3-4 times a week. Helps with achy muscles and joints.Our only problem was that the shipping company that it came into here in Eugene Oregon with kept telling us they didn't have it yet. Come to find out they had it sitting on their dock for 10 days. We went down there and surprise, it was right out front of their office door on the freight dock. They said it would take a week to deliver to our house, which is less than 2 miles away. I said that was not acceptable, we would take it ourselves right now and that I would be letting Amazon know how rude they were and how the girl picking it up with the fork lift to put it in our pickup, gouged a mark into the wood.This is not Amazon's fault but the Este's shipping company in Eugene, Oregon. Bad company to deal with. Amazon, Maybe you should look for another company to ship through coming into Eugene, Oregon.

This is a very sturdy beautiful sauna. It took two of us to construct it, but it went pretty quickly. We had a bit of trouble getting everything lined up just so we put the roof on but that was our only sticking point. Six months in and it still smells like cedar inside. We use it almost every day. It’s a tight fit for two people so I wish we had gone up in size to the four person one.

At first one would think buying a $2,800 outdoor Suana online and that needed to be assembled was a risky proposition. But we took at face value what the seller/manufacture said about its product all of which was more than true. First, assembly was very easy. It was all interlocking components and did not require any tools. My wife and I put it together in about an hour or so, in nine easy to follow steps. We did not have an outdoor electric outlet where we wanted to place it, so we had an electrician pre-install an outlet on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. We plugged it in and it works like a dream. The control panel is easy to use and intuitive. It heats to full 149 degrees Fahrenheit in about 20 minutes. The infrared and interior lights are perfect. The bluetooth double speaker sound system is surprisingly high end. The wood smells delicious. And the seller/manufacturer is totally responsive in answering questions.

Loving it! Just got it set up and it’s working like a charm! Excited to get many more uses out of it!

I’m so far, very happy with my sauna. Seems to be good quality and was fairly simple to put together. Not sure how well it would be out the the rain but great under my patio. Love the quick heat up feature and glad I spent the extra for it.

My wife and I like the sauna however it did come with two of the lights not functioning. If the seller could replace those for me it would be a five star purchase.
