Relief from chronic back pain
As someone who travels frequently, I've experienced discomfort and pain in my middle and lower back during long flights. However, since incorporating this back stretcher into my routine, I've seen a positive change. Its become part of my daily regimen, and with just 10 minutes of use per day with the heating feature, my back pain has noticeably improved.Regarding the heating element, it's worth noting that this device generates significant heat, even on the medium setting. I typically prefer high heat on heating pads, so be prepared for a substantial warmth.A valuable piece of advice: when adjusting the curvature of the stretcher, take your time because Rushing this process can lead to discomfort. Gradual adjustments are key for comfort.

Excellent for my compressed spine.
Periodically, my back gets out of alignment and I have shooting pains. I have used this perhaps 20 times since I have gotten it. The heat and adjustable arch allow my back to relax and naturally guide my vertebrae back to their proper alignment.A few times, I have not been able to sufficiently relax, but this product is great. It is well engineered and constructed. I put it in the center of my yoga mat, plug it in, turn the heat on (it is gentle heat), position myself on the mat and ease myself onto it. Sometimes, alignment happens instantly, and other times I need a couple minutes to relax enough, but I nearly always am rewarded with significant relief. I am very satisfied with this investment.

Good back relief helper
Overall it is a good device with a decent heating pad accessory. I liked that you can control its curvature easily to fit your back.I did notice that it can wobble a bit left or right initially until you learn to lay correctly and hold it steady. If not using heat pad I recommend using a towel instead; the surface of this stretcher can be a bit hard on your skin

Pain releif
Very sturdy and rigid. Start off on a lower setting until you get used to the arch when laying on it. Feels uncomfortable the first few times but you will get used to it. Laying on it 5 min a days gives me sciatica relief. Great purchase, and even has a heating setting.

Great for stretching before yoga or workouts
I absolutely love this...its such a simple product but it makes such a difference..i have sciatica from an epidural that was placed wrong when i had my daughter so i do yoga every morning so i dont have the pain all day..since ive gotten this i have used it before and after every yoga session...it fits perfectly on my yoga mat!! I have a very small space where i do my daily routine so i love it being so compact!! Its adjustable so u can bend it to the max which is what i am showing in the pictures or u can start little by little...cherry on top...its also heated! The wire to heat it is detachable so u can use it alone like i have on my mat or like i do some nights you can lay it right in your bed and use the heat with just a little arch to help with any daily strains!! I LOVE this!!! So simple but so important to my everyday routine!!!!!!!!!!

Helps so much
I have had all kinds of issues with my lower back for decades: bulging disks, degenerative disk disease, bone spurs, spondylitis, stenosis, etc. I would have days of extreme almost constant pain or then days of occasional pain that wasn’t as severe that was warning me my back was about to get worse and go into spasm. I also have no lumbar curve and have what is called flat back syndrome. This causes a great deal of my problems and flare ups.I bought this hoping it would help with not having a curve in my lumbar region. Also it made me think of a rehab exercise I had to do when in physical therapy for the bulging disks where I had to extend my back going backwards while leaning against a counter and do several reps of it. It was supposed to help reverse the bulging disks. This product would bend my lumbar back in the same way, but hold it in that position instead of doing it repetitively. It definitely helps. When I would feel the twinges warning me my back was about to flare up, I started using this and my back stopped twinging and it didn’t flare up or worsen. I use it everyday for about 20 minutes a day with the heat and my back has stopped twinging and has prevented the pain from reoccurring.Warning about the heat. This sucker gets HOT. I always use my heating pads on the hottest settings and I can never get too much heat, but even on medium this unit will have me squirming and I’ll have to turn it down to low after it gets good and hot. Also, don’t get too aggressive about increasing the curve of the unit. Keep it at the lowest setting for at least a week and gradually increase the curve in slow increments. If you’re doing good and think you want to increase the curve dramatically, you will be in the worst pain of your life. Go slow and you’ll be good. I definitely recommend it to anyone with lumbar back problems because it really helps.

It's adjustable
It helps your back I like its adjustable this thing is not comfortable at all it's hard with lumps needs more padding and maybe a massager with heat the heating part just gets warm and it doesn't come with a USB plug need your own could be better quality and wider

Multi-functional back support
This back stretcher has all the function I need. The support height level is adjustable by rotating the mid bar. The temperature and the timing are all adjustable too. It could be placed on a yoga pad and lay on it for 5 minutes daily. I also put it at the back of my chair to have a better back support while seated, which also corrects my sitting posture. The heating is a plus, relieving my back pain a lot. It's a must-have for people who sits the most of the day. A nice stretcher.
