I wanted to like this SO MUCH! The concept is sound and the product is amazing quality!!! But... if you have a cover on your cellphone and aren't willing to take it off? Then this one isn't for you if you have a Samsung S8. I have a Lifeproof case on my phone and can't justify taking the cover off every time I need a picture taken. With the case on, it only went half way over the camera lens. I have to give it 4 stars! Just because it doesn't work over a case isn't their fault. I'm just never taking that case off.

This lens set feels like a quality pro product. It works well on macro shots with my iPad, iPhone, and S8. Wide angle shots are good too, but there is pincushion distortion that would not occur on a pro lens for a SLR camera or even a point and shoot. This isn't a problem in most shots but if your shot has a lot of straight lines in it, you may not be happy with it.

I bought this product after sifting through many reviews of different lenses. I wanted an inexpensive kit to bring around for casual photography, and the Zwartpro ticks the right boxes for me.Contents in box: The 2 in 1 lenses. a clip. carry case. microfiber cloth.The lenses arrived beautifully presented. I would have loved an extra rear lens cover so I did not have to screw the two lenses together to put them away or risk having the rear lens scratched. The clip fits nicely into my phone (Pixel 2 XL with spigen thin fit case). aligning the lenses are easy even with a case on. Picture quality is great for its price point, there is some VERY mild chromatic aberration with the macro lens and you have to get in really close to focus but I knew that going in. Overall the macro will perform beautifully and it really does bring out detail invisible to even the naked eye. The wide angle lens does give a fish eye effect/bowing of the edges but this is more prominent is tighter shots and frames, taking landscapes and wide open areas this is not an issue. once again this was fine by me. You might get professional level flawless quality with Moment lenses but for the casual shooter wanting more options and flexibility without breaking the bank, you won't go wrong with Zwartpro. So this as basically a wide lens for cellphone cameras. The Macro part was indistinguishable from my regular camera on my phone, and the wide lens really made a difference, but it was uncomfortable to use because I have a huawei and I had to remove the protective shell to use it properly. My spouse had a oneplus 6, and it didn't fit in any way on his phone, so it really doesn't fit a lot of models outside of the samsung/iphone selection. The lens is okay, but no more.

She my wife and I visited Costa Rico we went on a guided tour through the national park, but all the animals monkeys, sloths were hundreds of feet up the trees, the guide ha a telescope that allowed us to see, but those people with cameras could hook up to the camera and take a picture. I had an expensive Canon which couldn’t I I purchased this lens to help me out. Best Buy ever, cheap and effective. The first pictures I took are attached. I had to take the lens off to get the whole of the sign CUENCA in. Our next trip to Salinas, Ecuador for whale watching I hope to get pictures of whales breaching, using the whole iPad rather than a view finderThe only thing that is difficult is determine where the different protective caps go.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 with a Supcase Unicorn Beetle case. Not able to get lens completely over the camera lens. Rather then return it I gave it to some one to use on their IPhone and ordered another one for a friend with an IPhone. It is a nice unit just wish it would have worked on my S8.

I love these lens. My only issue is the fact that you cannot buy the pieces separately. I had an unfortunate event when my macro lens fell in the waterfall as I was assembling the product. I messaged the company for product customization. They did an excellent job in replying instantly and offering me a discount for a new set. I'm extremely pleased with their customer service. The only reason why I am dissatisfied is because now I will get parts I do not need any longer and that is trash accumulation. But again, they were wonderful in solving my issue! I cannot wait to go take pictures of the springtime in Yosemite! I had missed my opportunity that day due to my lens falling in the water. But I will have my next chance. Thank you so much!!

The ZWARTpro is an amazing tool! After using it the first time, I rarely leave home without it. It's compact size allows for it to easily travel with me on the go for impromptu photos or planned shoots. Being in the real estate industry, having the ability to use my phone with the ZWARTpro for wide angle shots is priceless. The quality and clarity of the resulting images is striking. I have been able to use the lens on a variety of phones with or without cases. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for that extra edge for their photography. You will not be disappointed.

This lens is quite a good buy. No plastic there, no cheap glass, it's a quality product with real optic glass.My phone is a BlackBerry DTEK60 and I don't need to remove the slim case to use the lens. If the lens would be even 5mm lower, the fit would be a problem as the clip isn't that deep. That's not entirely negative because, if the clip would be too long, the stability would suffer. That thing is big and heavy but the clip hold it in place without any problems, even when the phone is used on a gimbal.The auto focus is still able to work like if the lens isn't there, no precision loss, even in macro.The image quality in wide angle is great, with no visible loss of quality, meaning no dimming, no fading, no halo, no uneven transparency... The image curvature on the sides is minimal and not obvious, the kind you really need look for it if you want to complain. Closer shots will show some curves but wide shots are excellent. Some sort of image curving is impossible to avoid when using a wide angle lens, unless you spend way more money.Macro brings the subject a bit closer so the lightning isn't diminished by the camera being too close. It's not allowing a huge magnification but it's still helping simply by allowing to be a bit further. There's no visible loss of quality and the center (most of the lens) doesn't show deformities but the curving is visible on the edge of the lens.Overall, I'm satisfied. With the usage I make of my phone camera, I don't know what else high priced lenses like the "Moment" brand could add to justify the difference in price. I never used a "Moment" lens but, with this ZwartPro, I can tell it's likely most people won't see a difference.

I have benefited from online reviews. So add this for the consideration of prospective purchasers.For a little under $40 CAD, it’s a pretty good value. On the other hand, this is a clip-on lens, not made by Zeiss.- The lens takes some degree of messing around to get aligned with the camera. One never knows if it is truly centered, other than the fact that the outer ring is not visible in the camera viewfinder.- The lens is rather large and heavier than expected, not something you would want on your phone for very long- With the wide angle lens, there definitely is visible distortion/blurring at the outer edges of the picture. The centre of the picture is very good quality.- The macro lens is good - no issues with that.- The carry case is handy, and sufficiently solid to provide protection.All in all - the lenses provide pictures you would not otherwise get, and are of acceptable quality if you can live with a little distortion. Decent value for the money spent.When I have a few hundred dollars more, however, I will be upgrading to “Moment” lenses. Hope this helps.

The lens works best without a phone case (since the thickness of the case moves the lens farther from the camera). The edges of the images are a little blurred. I prefer the smaller lens to the larger one. The lens helps capture a lot more scenery in the background and is good for getting more people included in a group photo as well. This company has the most outstanding customer server I've experienced on Amazon!

I always wanted a larger field of view for my phone camera, especially on video mode, and a wide-angle lens seemed to do the trick. I decided to go with ZWARTpro because I liked the presentation of the product and the traveling box! I received the package this afternoon and I have to say that I'm very happy with the choice I made. The product feels premium and the wide-angle effect is just what I was looking for

It was way more than I wanted to pay for a novelty lens, but it arrived clean, works well in that it provides a decent expansion of a wide-angle lens. The edges are a bit blurry as expected. The lens fitment is "just barely" on my S8+, any mm in offset will give black borders in frame. There is a lot more metal in the build quality than expected, so that heftiness made me feel like I got some value.
