I ordered this chair and arrived on time and as promised but ran into a problem. Mine got heavily damaged in transit. Of no fault of the seller, but the seller was very fast to address the problem and making it right. They truly stand behind the chairs they sell.The chair is very comfortable. The heat on lower back works great and the vibrating message is very relaxing as well. The fabric is soft but very strong and will last a very long time. Build quality is very good too. Steel frame and wood construction is what you would see on higher ended priced chairs. As for the price, this is a steal for around $400 bucks. Most chairs of this quality would be twice that price.

The chair is a medium size. It is perfect for my mama’s smaller living room. The massager really just vibrates the bottom a little and the heater works pretty good. I think it’s a great chair for the price. It was delivered in 3 boxes which was perfect because we had to carry it up a flight of stairs. Very simple to put together. It’s comfortable and the color was as pictured.

I'm not sure who loves this more, me or the cat! He seems to think it's his new throne. This recliner is wonderful and exactly as described. It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble. It's firm and definitley oversized as I am 6foot tall and this recliner makes me feel small. It's beautiful, THANK YOU! Thankful for the reviews!!!

this site is NOT letting me finish my review!!!!!When I received and assembled it, I gave it 4 stares, now after two monthe's I'm changing that to a 3 star.The heat device do NOT heat enough to melt chocolate, the viberburater makes too much noise and the cord is 12 to 15 inches too short. I have disconnected it and put it away.The leg rest dose not reset, To get out of the chair, I have to push it back with my legs, get up and then push it back with my hands or kick it back.The leg release handle is between the seat and right armrest. I would prefer the handle to be on the side.Overall, I would order it again because it is comfortable, BUT DON'T expect the things which are advertised to work. THEY DON'T!!!!

We found out we were expecting and one of the first things I began to look online for were nursery rockers. Seeing none that fit my taste or budget, many without much bang for your buck, I turned to shopping for swivel rocker/recliners. This was one of my first options I found and after doing a thorough comparison to multiple others, we settled on this chair and I'm glad we did. It arrived on time, with all 3 boxes. Assembly was easy enough to do in under 20 minutes. And after it was put together, I immediately tested out the massage and heat features, which promptly lulled me right to sleep. My only critique is that the massage feature for the "back" really massages/rattles more of the headrest, but it's an easy click of a button to deselect the back area. We've had it almost a month now and love it- I'm sure I'll be in it quite regularly once baby arrives.

Ended up ordering two of these. They contacted me to make sure I meant to order both. They shipped quickly Thet reached out within a day with shipping labels. One chair became defective and they responded within a few hours and shipped and shipped out a replacement They are comfy cozy and work wonderfully

Pros: Recliner is cute, fabric is beautiful, good quality. It rocks and swivels perfectly. Heating is goodCons: Don't buy for the message, it only slightly vibrates. Mechanism doesn't come in close to your body to massage anything! I laughed at first.Im keeping the chair anyway, good bargain for your money.
