Brilliant
Edit 03/02/2017I have purchased many of these since my first review. They are fantastic, and not just for glue. I have used them for many other applications with difficult substances where a fine line is difficult, including latex resist which ruins brushes and is notoriously difficult to keep fresh, and thickened clay slip to put a fine raised line on unfired clay - much better than using a slip trailer. The secret seems to be the long pin which keeps the nozzle clog free. The 20 gauge is even finer and just as useful. For once a reliable quality item at a reasonable price, and shipping from the USA is reasonably fast - mine always arrive well within the stated dates.

Easy to use
Really like these especially for Glossy Accents as it doesn't clog. Easy to fill and use.

These work brilliantly as applicators for de-colourant paste and hot foil glue
These work brilliantly as applicators for de-colourant paste and hot foil glue. I found the de-colourant paste was very corrosive to other metal and can clog an opening easily, but the fine stainless steel rod that keeps the spout open does its job brilliantly and is unaffected by corrosion. I thought this a bit expensive at first, but its a great product I would buy again.

One broke and one is clogged
Not as successful as I'd hoped. The first bottle tip got stuck and broke and the 2nd clogs and gets stuck. Perhaps its the glue I'm using in it (Collall) thats the problem or I just need one thats not quite so fine.

Extremely versatile, with built-in extras, not just a cheap plastic-tipped glue bottle
These are great! My wife puts her favorite adhesives in them, and is able to then get in very small places. She LOVES them! The screw on cap has a needle inside it that fits down inside the hollow applicator needle, keeping it from sealing itself so it's always ready to apply the glue. Having the long applicator needle sticking out the top allows gluing of very tiny places, where needed. In her case, she uses it primarily for paper crafts, but the other uses would seem almost endless. It took me a little while to figure out why she kept raving about this purchase. To me it was "just" glue bottles. But the more she's shown me what she can do with them, the more impressive they are. We don't give very many 5-star ratings because we don't want to inflate the Amazon rating system. This one easily rates the full five stars.

Fantastic at first, until they glued themselves shut...
I was super excited about them at first, they worked wonderfully! I could finally get a nice clean line with my Glossy Accents and squeeze my Scotch Tacky Glue under missed edges with ease! Then, disaster. First it was my Glossy Accents. The metal tube and the metal "pin" that goes in to keep it from clogging glued themselves together. I thought it was a fluke, sometimes there are manufacturing defects on random products. After all, my Scotch bottle was still working, until it wasn't. Yes, that's right, the same thing happened. Currently I am squeezing my Glossy Accents and Scotch Tacky out from where the metal broke off. After the glues are used I'll be throwing the bottles in the trash. And, as a note, the bottles hadn't been sitting unused for a long period of time. With the Glossy Accents it was, at most, a week between uses, with the Scotch Tacky, it had been maybe 36 hours before. So, I gave two stars because they are fantastic at making beautiful lines with absolute precision (as long as you have a steady hand!), but you run a risk of them becoming trash.

You have to really fuss with the metal pin on cap, it is not centered ... not happy about that.
Great Concept for the metal tube on the applicator, this part is perfect, and the bottle can hold a lot of product in it. The problem that I am NOT happy with is the other side, which is the cap, there is a second metal pin that should be CENTERED, so when you put the cap back, it will go in the tube of the applicator. Which is support to keep the metal tube clear and free to flow. You have to really fuss with the metal pin on cap ... it is support to be centered, and it show stay in place, but after using it a couple of times, that pin on the cap, loosen ... I can't say that it doesn't work, it still does, but the company should correct this moving forward ...

Wonderful tips for intricate glue areas.
Worked quite well for glues and Matte medium, allowing me to place them in extremely small areas of intricate die cuts. Be sure to not let your glue clog the tip. I clean mine out every few weeks in hot water to keep them clear.

The best
I've tried them all and the Fineline applicators are by far the best. No question about it.
