This battery works great, the battery last more than a work day +8h under heavy use. The wireless charging is normal speed but is OK, cable charging is fast and it will charge the the phone and case in about 2.5-3 hours. Now I purchased this case for about 8 months ago and one day it only slow charge and the next day it won't charge, I emailed the seller/company and after a a few emails they send me a free replacement in less than 3 days. Over all I give the case and support from the seller/company 5 🌟 and will buy their case again when I replace my phone to a newer model 🤙

I'm a warehouse manager/forklift operator so it get heavily abused I have a magnet mount on my lift and use it with this battery case product I've owned 3 so all three have lasted me just over a year each with heavy use bouncing around getting dropped 5 to 10 times a week all year long never once had a cracked screen so it does a good job with edge protection they charge my phone 4 or 5 times from 15% phone life the battery in the case has never failed or shown signs of degrade and everyone who holds my phone says it is heavy but I'm so used to it if the battery case isn't on the phone it's uncomfortable for me I'm super happy with this phone case I will always seek out this product with every phone upgrade because I am a very heavy phone user for work and can not be without my phone it works great for camping and getaways also

UPDATE 6/16/2025... AGAIN AGAIN, this company WILL NOT answer my emails, and my battery case is now a COMPLEYE POS!!! AGAIN, I am writing this because after just 8 months I think this time with this case it started malfunctioning. When it works, it's GREAT, but, it NEVER had anywhere NEAR 10,000mAh, as it would ONLY charge my phone (Galaxy S23 Ultra) 1 and a half times when I first got it and now it will only charge about 20%-30% of the battery 1 time, and it STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN. The one that I bought for my S22 Ultra, a ZeroLemon is still working after 4+ years, and the only issues I have ever had with it are something from the battery on the back of the case is pushing up a high spot in the middle of the case, and what is curious is this all of the 4 I have are ALL doing exactly the same thing. I just sent an email to customer support and will update this review with what I hear back from them as it comes in. At this point I would NOT buy this again, and would not recommend it if I do not get proper support from Newdery. I stick with what I said before, I would not buy this again from Newdery unless I get the product support that I have received before. Today is May 22, 2025... See how long it takes for Newdery to respond??? It's been 10 days and NOTHING from Newdery!

I've had Newdery battery cases for my previous S series phones, and this one for S23Ultra continues the range. There's a standard accessory set I look for whenever I get a new flagship - tempered glass UV protector, an aramid cover for light protection, a finger-holder to one-hand grip the case, and a battery case for when I need to charge the phone on the go. This Newdery case fits the bill for the last piece I mentioned.I hope they release a 5000mah version when you just want to double the battery capacity and not add so much bulk as this 10,000mah one. It is very chonky - but for the use I have the peace of mind of having a few charges ready when I need. I'll likely buy the 5,000mah version if they release it.It fits well around the AmFilm UV tempered glass screen protector without bumping into it. I prefer that this has a significant lip around the screen for protection. It is a heavy case due to the battery size, so I put a wrist lanyard around the bottom for additional holding security. I also put a magsafe charging ring on the back to use with my magsafe accessories - but it just takes proper alignment with the charging coils to make sure it charges properly.For the week I've been using it, it has taken my phone from 15% to 100% several times without problems - I only wish it did do fast charging to the phone (I knew it did not do this from the product disclaimer, but I deduct a star since that's such a useful feature).I actually don't use the case constantly, but specifically when I'm on the go and need to recharge - instead of plugging a battery bank or magsafe battery on the back of the phone (I put on all my cases), this is way more secure to charge in your bag or pocket while it gets jostled around and you don't have to worry about damage from a cable getting bumped or accidental disconnection from the external battery bank.You DO have to remember to push the on button on the back of the case to start the charge process, and the convenient LED battery level lights let you know when the case is close to running out of power.I do like that the inside is covered with felt-like material which prevents scratches and makes it easier as you slide the phone in and out. The charging port is lined up well - there are cheaper models where sliding the phone in, forces you to spend extra effort/time getting the phone to plug into the actual connector, which I'm glad doesn't happen here.I'm happy with my purchase overall - even with the lack of fast charging. If they added that feature in, their product would go to 5 stars. For long term battery durability, there is still a question for this particular version - as it is so new. I have had cheap battery banks in the past not be able to charge as well after months of use - but this hasn't happened with my previous Newdery purchases, so I trust it will have the same longevity as my previous cases and why I go back to them.

This is my third Newdery battery case I have purchased. The other two were for previous Samsung phones and proved to be very useful on days you need your phone all day with no access to an outlet. This new one performed as well as the previous ones. I don't use this case as my daily case because it is a little bulky and heavy but on the days I do use it I'm very glad that I have it knowing that my phone won't die. Charging the battery case as well as operating it is very simple.

Worked great at first, but 1 year later its charging rate is ridiculously slow, ~1% every hour. Basically useless now.
