Excellent for $15!
These steering stabilizers work extremely well. They are designed to work on a hydraulic steering system, but with a little shimming can work with cable steering. Engine listing from side to side is forever cured with these! They fit very snug when new and slightly loosen up over time, which is ideal for removal. If you need to keep your engine straight will transporting, these will do it!

Affordable way to keep your O/B straight
This was a nice affordable way to keep my outboard straight during transport. Keeping the unit straight could prevent help preserve hydraulic seals when traveling on the road.

Looks good and tough
Been using other brand very cheap materials. Broke off after some use or rough handling. Came across this lock that looks good. Got it and loves it. I’d to modify it a bit because it little long. Otherwise happy with the purchased!

Very very tight worked great for 250 4 stoke
Replaced an old set that would not hold my 250 4 stroke from moving! This set is great but be warned very very tight

Super hard to get on and off, but no motor moving while towing
These clips are ok to get on, but to get off I really have to wrench on them, a few times I had to use some leverage to get them off. But super sturdy.

Work good
Snap firmly in place and keep the outboard from flopping to the side.
