In the past I have tried all the usual over the counter products on the market to no avail. This product may work great for some but be careful when applying, this is powerful. I usually use a product a few times before I leave a review. I used this 4 times- on my hand, knee & leg. My skin is not usually sensitive but I found this caused me more pain than I was trying to treat. I put it on before bed & spent the nights with a feeling of knives slicing through my skin. I tried to wash it off but that did not help. I accidently touched my face & had to try different remedies to stop the pain. Water, baking soda, olive oil. Once the capsaicin is on the skin it really penetrates. There is a big difference between this capsaicin .1% & the usual .025%. So if you buy this try just a tiny amount to start in a small area & make sure you don't get this on you face- be careful. I hope it works for you I wish it had worked for me.

I have severe scoliosis, 20 years now. I've tried everything out there; only Capsaicin works, and the only rollon I've ever tried that works is this one, and it works quickly. My husband has bad knees, bad shoulders, etc, and it works for him as well. Aside from the cream in the tubes, .1% capsaicin, this is the only one we use. This one is easy and quick to put on, nothing on your fingers to get in your eyes (ouch).

This stuff is easy to use--a roll-on--and it does a fine job of producing a hot sensation that lasts for a LONG time. I can't say that it actually alleviates muscle pain and sore joints but the warming effect certainly takes your attention off the pain. These three bottles will last me a few decades, I'd guess. This stuff is intense!I used it for a dull ache on an upper arm and on arthritic thumbs. The warming--no, not warming, HOT--sensation shifted my focus to the burning and off the pain...not suggesting that's a bad thing. I used it once on the arm and then about a week later, poof! the dull ache disappeared--not suggesting cause and effect, maybe correlation.

Really caused my skin to burn.

I have been using capsacin creams on my knuckles for a couple of years. The downside is you apply the cream with your fingers, and if you dont get it completely washed off your fingertips and then rub your eye, it is really painful. This roll on solves that issue.

It helps my neck immediately! It’s easy to use, good price, and lasts awhile. The smell is strong and I have to reapply more than when I use patches.
