You need this for any sort of vault work
I've purchased a number of mud knife brands and this has performed the best. This particular angled knife is critical to mudding vaulted ceiling joints. Hasn't started to rust yet. Great tool all around.

When You Name Your Company The Thing Your Product Is For
Best plastering tools available. Level 5 is not a technique; it’s not a decorative finish; it’s not even subjective. In fact it is the highest grade drywall finish & is specifically defined the same way by all 3 major manufacturers of gypsum board & dope (hot mud, premix, dry mix, etc) in detail. At least the major manufacturers in NA. If you start a company that makes & sells 4 or 5 single function things DTC that’s some Steve Irwin confidence. If you set a price point unprecedented in the trades & then deliver you can do whatever you want. And they did and they do. Might as well try to trademark “LEVEL5”. If that Kardashian wench can trademark “momager”, Michael Jordan can trademark his name, Deion Sander can file for FAFO, Prime Effect, It’ Peronal; Pitbull copyrighted that yelp he does on every track and USG trademarked Sheetrock why the hell not.

Best option for tight corners
I’m a Level 5 fan boy. They make the best mudding tools for the price. This little angle knife is no exception. My only complaint is that it’s a little too stiff, but I think it’s due to the taper of the odd angle.

Sharp, straight, and quality
Good blade for hard corners. I specifically used on a vaulted ceiling where a fireplace met the ceiling line. Blade is sharp, straight and durable. Takes some getting used to as it doesn’t hold much mud at the narrow edge, but worked as intended. Very quality and good addition to my tool bag.

Great taping speciality tool
Great quality knifes. Very sharp. I would rather have a soft grip handle but I only use it on special corners, usually an attic. Would be again. Doesnt rust.
