I love these chairs and the price is very affordable! They are similar to chairs I wanted from a big box store for $450/chair. The fabric is beautiful (I got the charcoal) and the chairs are solidly built. They are so easy to put together. All the holes and screws line up really well. Attaching the back is easier with two people (one to hold the back of the seat to the seat cushion and the other to put in the 5 screws) but otherwise the assembly is a piece of cake. The chairs are very comfy!! One note about the seats, they are spring loaded on the bottom (not solid) so a larger person will sink a little more into the seat but seem to be very well constructed.Regarding customer service, in my experience, they are excellent. I ordered six chairs and received one damaged chair and one that had a notch (cut-out) in the chair back due to a burl in the wood. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately (and it was during the holidays!) and resolved my issue. They sent me two replacement chairs right away. I received them within two days and the new ones are absolutely perfect.Overall, the chairs and the service are fantastic. I would order them again in a heartbeat!

They are so good looking, modern organic vibe, clean and super comfy for larger bums. strong chairs and really recommend. great quality and easy to build as well! only took myself 30 minutes to build per chair.

These were decently easy to assemble, I bought 10 and by the 3rd one I got the hang of it and was much quicker. Instructions say to tighten bolts to 80%, but that resulted in some wobbling. We have had to tighten a few here and there. They are really comfortable and look high quality. I had an issue with some of the leg holes that weren’t drilled quite right, but we wiggled and forced them in and got them put together. For the price-I love them. Add a clean look to my dining room!Update, I just bought 2 more to complete my set. On one of them was back was hard to put together with the seat. Holes misaligned and needed to mess with it for quite a bit. Hubby was all upset lol. However it all worked out in the end.

I was a bit hesitant with my purchase and the delivery date was scheduled for the end of month which made me rethink my purchase. Boy was I wrong, my communication with the seller was fantastic! They were very quick to reply and answer all my questions! I received the chairs two weeks ahead of schedule. Easy to put together (I did it by myself) and they are beautiful, classy and comfortable. Don’t think about it and make that purchase, in love with my chairs.

Very unique chairs, has springs in the seat so they are comfortable, they were a little larger than I expected, I didn’t check the dimensions, but makes nice head of the table seating for my 60x30 table, I had fabric safavieh chairs before this and these are much better quality from a brand I’m not even familiar with and they were a better price! I plan to spray them with scotch gaurs to prevent stains, but they cleaned up well without after Christmas dinner!

These chairs really are beautiful. Easy to put together. I’ve had them for a few months now and so far they are still sturdy. They do kind of sink down, like the cushions , when you sit so just really pay attention to the height of your table! Otherwise I love them.
