does this work with Windows Hello?

Only one security key is necessary, but you do have to set it up.

Can you add more than one key? Say you have 2 gmail accounts. Will I have to get one for each?

On the contrary, you should register 2 keys per account you need secured. A spare in case you lose the first key. As for account capacity for a single key, it's virtually limitless as far as I'm aware at the moment. I've already added quite a few on my keys. It's ok or sorta weird to do 1 key per account unless your security situation demands it, but anything more than 3 total keys in hand to keep track of may be too much, imo. Ultimately, it's still up to you and other people in the same boat to decide.

Is the case rfid protected? Whats it made of?
