One year on, the quality is superb. This has been all over the world with me.Very happy with the bag.Far better than those briefcases which a lot of those fashion-istas claim to be, and they are the muppets for sure!This bag has plenty of space for you laptop and books etc.it is functional with a secret pocket which faces your back when it is over your shoulder.The built in drinks holder is useful, but I find this bag has ample room for the bottle to go in.The material and build quality is superb.Very comfortable, stylish and yet rugged.

I like this backpack so much that after using the first one for, I think, something like 8 years (it's still fine, just a tad tired looking), I got another one! It's very comfortable to carry, has lots of ingeniously designed pockets, is waterproof. And I love the bright yellow colour.

I use this as a work back pack and made the right choice. I'm 5ft 1 and find it light and comfortable. The net water holder is a great feature as it can be zipped away when not in use. I use the back pack for work travel and find the inside compartments usefully designed. The zipped pocket at the back is great for keeping a purse and passport safe. Good quality. Definitely recommend.

Backpack looks great , inner and outer compartments are very useful, its comfortable and it perfectly fits a 15" laptop as advertised.However, its durability is very poor and after slightly longer than 1 year, the main compartment zip broke, rendering the bag useless.I sent the bag back to the Samsonite repair centre via the Samsonite shop in Westfield, White City, London.Eventually after weeks, the laughably named "repair centre" returned the bag saying that they were completely unable to repair the zip due to it being the result of 3rd party damage, thus not covered by the warranty, and that to replace the zip would cost almost as much as the bag itself in any case.Via the staff in the shop I enquired how much it would cost to repair the zip and was told by someone at the repair centre that the zip could not be repaired.Both the staff at the Samsonite shop in Westfield and at the repair centre were equally as unhelpful and clearly generally couldnt really care less.The very poor durability and build quality absolutely does not warrant the extortionate price tag of this backpack.This was the first and 100% the last product I ever purchase from Samsonite.I buy regularly from Amazon and have done so for many years and this is by the far the most negative review I have ever written.AVOID this company !!!!!!

Worth every penny. Really good quality. I was searching for the 16L because it's not too small and not too big. Perfect for the city and still with a decent carrying capacity. Although it's not 100% waterproof, I went under heavy rain for about 15 minutes and the interior was still dry.

Well this is a one really nice backpack. Super lightweight. Looks great. (Although I could do without the red detailing!) Build quality is state of the art. It has enough organisational pockets to satisfy most needs although Samsonite could give us few more pockets minus the silly looking bottle holder.But its very roomy. You will be surprised how much you can fit in.Waist support of the straps takes some time getting used to in terms of design, although it feels very comfortable to when you wear it.Samsonite has mastered their expertise in designing backpacks here. You cant go wrong with this bag. (apart from the zip out bottle carrier will tear at some point and looks silly, for me anyway. Enjoy!
