The chair is fantastic. Full massage from neck to tailbone, airbag massage, feet rollers, multiple modes. Beautiful design and appears to be high quality material. The only problem was delivery speed. The chair said it would come in two weeks and ended up taking six weeks.

I have had this chair for a few months now. I like the chair for the most part. The massage it gives is pretty good for the price. I’m a small person and can’t use the arm massage future as it is to far away. You would need super long arms to use that part. But my main concern is the control panel is not responding. I push the buttons and nothing happens. I fidget with the connection cord and can occasionally get it to work…not sure what to do and pretty frustrating.*Edit- great customer service. They reached out to me several times checking in. Right away sent me a new control panel. Then checked in afterwards as well. Very happy with customer service.

The relax Massage chair zero gravity SL tracks shiatsu Is by far the best massage chair or should I say massage that I have ever received. Had always wanted to get a massage chair but for whatever reason never did and occasionally would put the dollar bills in the mall massage chairs of which all would agree not a good massage whatsoever, however from time to time would visit the stores that have the high end massage chairs but the cost was always quite high so when I finally decided to get a massage chair did some research and located the relax model and I'm so thankful that I did. Because not only has this been by far the best massage that I have received the cost is absolutely amazing when you consider all of the bells and whistles that come with this model, everyone that has been over of course wants to try the massage chair not only because of my rave reviews but who doesn't like a nice massage and without exception there hasn't been one person that has been disappointed in fact I have to Let them know that I have somewhere to be to be a meeting or have to pick somebody up or they wouldn't get out of the chair so in closing I can say again without a doubt great value great massage great look and if that wasn't enough david one of the representatives I had contacted him not only was he prompt but was able to give the advice on the hands free speaking to be able to navigate the massage chair and that's another bonus because one of my most dearest friends ALICE. I did a lot of research on massage chairs. In person and online. I finally landed on this one because the excellent reviews, features, design, color, and price point.This chair has everything you need and allows you to make a lot of adjustments to pressure, location etc. every part feels of quality from the frame to the seating material to the electronics. You will not be disappointed.There is a bit of a learning curve when wanting to make manual adjustments and fine tune. Super easy to run the pre-made programs but fine tuning takes a little practice. Read the manual and follow along.I recently contacted their customer service because the built in Bluetooth speakers (awesome I may ad) connection didn't seem to be working. They contacted me immediately to help and were great! It was as simple as rebooting my phone and turning the chair off then on lol. I should have thought to do that myself!I don't think you will be disappointed at this chair. Men 5'6 to 6,2" have used my chair and everyone raves. They love it!!I am 5'1 and the rollers don't hit me quite right. There are many manual adjustments and I use those to make the massage fit me right. So if you are a shorty, it still is great you may just have to play around with settings a bit more than the average person to get the most comfortable massage.I highly recommend this chair.
