Chugga-rific pickup for metal or clean
The media could not be loaded. These pickups rock. Very high gain and sensitive it's hard to believe they are passive. So glad I bought these el cheapos versus 100+ dollar Seymour Duncan or DiMarzios. Replaced the stock Jackson humbucker at the bridge because it sounded horrible. It had no bottom end and sounded tinny, hollow and flat. This invader clone is exactly the opposite with lots of bottom end and very full and rich sounding. Hard to believe at this price point! Even on clean this pickup sounds better than almost any single coil or humbucker neck pickup I've ever heard. Amazing pickup for the price so just stop reading reviews and buy them now! Also the black and red wires go together for your hot lead. The green wire and bare wire go together for your ground.

Love the white. Great sounding
These are fun pickups to start modding your guitar with. Easy . Are pretty hot for being passive. Fun.

Surprisingly good for cheap
For only $20 these invader copies are good. If you’re looking for a cheap knock off these pickups are the ones for you, looks and sounds good. Only problem I had was the lack of instructions to solder the wires. I spent more than an hour researching on what wire goes to what. I came to the conclusion that the green wire is for grounding and the red wire doesn’t have any use unless you are installing a kill switch. Other than that these pickups are amazing.

Incredible for the price!
I used the bridge pickup of this set along with a different Alnico V neck pickup to recreate the Seymour Duncan "Jazz Invader" combo (Jazz in the neck, Invader in the bridge) in my guitar. Can't really say how it matches up against the real thing, but I have no complaints about this particular bridge pickup. I configured it with a 3-way switch to swap between series, parallel, and single coil modes. Each one has a good sound that can fit a variety of styles. Overall, I'm quite happy with what this pickup does for my guitar. It's incredible for the price. I have not yet used the neck pickup, but I imagine it would give similarly pleasing results.

Killer sound. Highly recommend.
Okay I was not expecting these to sound this great…. Just buy them . They are just like invaders… and to wire them it’s the same as Seymour Duncan wiring… I noticed with the other reviews everyone has it wrong. Green and bare tied together & to ground , red and white tied together and soldered/taped off, and black is your hot signal . Your welcome.

Can’t complain, for how much it costs.
Decent pickup for the price. It comes with no wiring diagram.A word to the wise, the listing description states that the black and drain/bare wire are to go together and the green and white go together. Mine came with the green and bare together and the black and white together. I went by what was in the description and rewired them. Sounded terrible. I reversed it to how it came and it was much better.Moral of the story, don’t follow what the description says. Use them as they come.

High Output
I put these in a Cort Zenox Z22. They're not a perfect fit and they seem to be F spaced, because they're slightly offset with the strings. With that being said, they sound amazing. If the offset is affecting the performance I can't tell.I had to change my tone quite a bit as they are a lot more sensitive than the power sound pups that came with the guitar.Overall I'm happy with the purchase and it sounds like I'm playing a completely different guitar.
