Perfect for Crepes, Pancakes, and More!
This nonstick crepe pan has become my go-to for making perfect crepes, and pancakes. The granite coating provides an incredible nonstick surface—nothing sticks, and cleanup is a breeze. I’ve been using it regularly, and the coating is holding up really well.At 10 inches, the size is ideal for making evenly cooked crepes, and the flat surface makes it easy to spread batter thinly and evenly. The stay-cool handle is a great feature, allowing me to handle the pan without worrying about burning my hand. It’s also induction compatible, which is a huge plus for those with induction cooktops. One of the best things is that it’s PFOA-free, so I feel confident that I’m using a safer option for my family. Whether you’re making crepes, pancakes, or even tortillas, this pan delivers excellent results every time. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a high-quality, nonstick griddle that’s easy to use and maintain!

Excellent griddle pan!!
I waited to use this for a couple different things before reviewing and it has proven to be exactly what I hoped for when I purchased it!!I used it for sourdough grilled cheese with turkey sandwiches using a small amount of butter on each side of the bread and they grilled up beautifully with the cheese melted and the bread golden. Yum!! This morning I made homemade oatmeal pancakes and used a tiny bit of avocado oil on a paper towel to oil the pan prior to scooping on the batter. They turned out great, cooked evenly and were delicious!!I’m using nonmetal utensils to be sure I don’t scratch it. As I do with all my cookware, I let the pan cool completely before cleaning and then hand wash with a soft cloth a little dish soap, rinse and dry. This pan is super easy and quick to clean even with melted cheese.I also love the round shape of the griddle pan vs the square shape most come in because it fits my largest burner perfectly. All edges are on the burner and to me that makes more sense than a square pan on a round burner. This pan is very pretty with the granite finish and matches my Carote set. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a stove top grill pan that’s easy to clean.

About review about a pan
I absolutely love this pan! It’s non-stick, so cooking and cleanup are a breeze. The heat distribution is even, and it doesn’t hot-spot like some cheaper pans. I’ve used it for everything from scrambled eggs to searing chicken, and it performs perfectly every time. The handle stays cool, which is a great safety feature, and it’s lightweight yet sturdy. It’s also dishwasher-safe, which is a huge bonus for me. I’ve had it for a few months now, and it still looks brand new. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality pan!

UPDATED after receiving replacement - Great pan for crepes!
UPDATED to 4 stars after receiving a replacementAfter my review and direct reach to the vendor, I received immediate contact from them, and they shipped to me a replacement which we received yesterday - Happened that we were making crepes and the pan worked fine. FYI the previous one changed shape within 3-4 crepes, so as we made like 15 yesterday without any issue, I assume this one will be ok.Original review:the pan looked perfect and our first crepe turned out great. The 2nd one too. But now the pan surface is no longer flat but is curved, which for an induction compatible pan is NOK as the surface must be flat. I have submitted the problem to the seller, and hope to have a quick reply. Hopefully I just got a defective one and they will replace!

Excellent At Home Option!!
The media could not be loaded. This crêpe pan is absolutely fantastic!! It makes large crepes, is non stick, and cooks the batter to perfection. Works for savory crêpes AND sweet crêpes! This was the perfect way to curb the craving while enjoying family time at home. The best part was that we could fill the crêpes with whatever we wanted! It is definitely easy to clean, is very durable, and provides value for money. When received, the only “installation” was attaching the handle to the pan, which took a total of 15 seconds to complete. Seems very durable and has had no issues with the coating or scratching when I transport it to different areas. Definitely recommend this pan, because look at that legendairy cheese pull!!

I am shocked
I bought this 10" crepe pan due to the good reviews. When it arrived I was disappointed because the surface was rough and I did not think that the crepes would release properly. I was wrong. First the directions say to lightly butter the pan for each crepe, which I did. So if yours doesn't release, maybe that is why.I have suffered trying to make crepes with a nonstick skillet before and it was a little stressful. With this crepe pan, I had a perfect crepe every time. I never use the wooden spreader. I lightly butter the medium heat surface, pick up the pan and put 1/2 C batter at the 6:00 position, close to the handle and then QUICKLY rotate my wrist, tilting the pan to coat the entire surface with batter. Then I set the pan back on the heat. When the crepe is dry on top and lightly brown on the bottom, I flip the crepe with a large, safe spatula. Let it sit to get brown dots in that under side. While it is doing that, I fill the crepe and then roll it up in the pan into the serving plate. It's the easiest crepe making I have ever done and released with ease every time. The 10" makes quite large crepes. You may want a smaller pan if you are serving 2 crepes per person. The wooden handle is pretty and was great for a stay-cool handling situation. It's solid, weighty but not heavy, and I don't think there will be any future issues with rust or nonstick coating. I like the white surface. It looks clean and beautiful. I wouldn't spring for the spreader. It brilliantly comes with a full size Phillips Head screwdriver to put the handle on. Easy peasy. And now, it's on sale! I wish I had got the deal.
