This is possibly my best purchase. This humidifier is so useful and it hasn't failed, even though it's been working almost non-stop. I live in a desert-like area, so the air here is really dry, but with this humidifier I get such a pleasant refreshing air at home. Btw, it's amazingly quiet. The most quiet appliance in my house - even my laptop is louder than this.

When first receiving this product I thought it was amazing. I bought it when I was pregnant, and started using it when my baby was born a little while after. It took some figuring out because if you don't have proper settings on it for the humidity level you want, it will keep turning off on its own. Once I figured that out it was an amazing humidifier for a bit.Fast forward a little less than 3 months and the tower, that has never fallen over or been mishandled in any way, leaks so bad that the entire floor completely floods any time you put water in it. The moment you fill it, water starts to seep out of the bottom, and the tower will turn off after a minute or so and stand in an enormous pool of water.Because I did not start using it untill after my baby was born, the amazon window for contacting the seller has closed and I just wasted all of my money on a tower when my 30$ not fancy small humidifier that I purchased 3 years ago still works.I would recommend to stay away from this product, it is not worth the investment. I've purchased many humidifiers throughout my life, but this was the first expensive one I got. All the cheap simple ones have worked for me for years. This one was such a disappointment.

does a poor job retaining water inside the container. other than that it works fine.edit: it was faulty and they took care of the issue

It is not consistent and it doesnt work at times and it spills water from the bottom portion.i bought 2 -- one workd perfectly and the other does not work.

This humidifier design is bound to cause a leak. We had it placed in the nursery and didn't realize it was leaking and it caused a huge mess and damage to the walls and carpet. Would not recommend.

Keeps the humidity in our room at just the right level.

This seemed like a good deal for $100 for a good product, but that was wrong. First it wasn't working correctly and would shut off shortly after i would start it. Then for no reason whatsoever it leaked a huge puddle all over the floor repeatedly. I tried everything to fix the issue, but nothing worked. Tried to use the warranty but they are a Chinese company that just sends you back Amazon to deal with it. However, it is outside of the return date, so they say there is nothing for them to do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE! It doesn't work and there is no real support or warranty. Beware!

I love that this product hold a ton of water! I only have to gill it up twice a week!
