WOWAlisha’s done it once again, and has made me fallen in love with some new Book boyfriends!Raven and her harem are absolutely phenomenal, and their story is so 🔥I’m lucky enough to be a part of her ARC team and so I got to read this beauty early!! And so without giving any spoilers, I will say this…The warnings at the start stated it was the first book in a series called ‘Black Venom Crew’ and stated it was slightly tamer than what the rest of the books will be, and I can honestly say it was a WILD ride so far. I cannot wait to see what she does with the characters and the rest of their story. 🥰🤤I went into this pretty blind and k had no idea what it would entail and BRO I was not disappointed!! This has a great storyline and some fabulous characters. Unfortunately it’s just not for me. I love psycho men as much as the next girl, and I get that the character likes what they do, but they are just a little too over the top for me. I may read book two to see what happens next but I have a feeling it’s not going to be my thing which is a shame as this writer is very good. I gave it 4 stars as I can appreciate it’s a great book and that it’s just my personal taste that is the issue, if you like dark romances then you will love this

Alisha Williams knows how to write a book!Wonderful characters with an engaging storyline. Could not put it down!Can't wait to see what happens in the rest of the series.

I was a little sceptical about reading this as I don't like to read about woman being told what to do, who to be friends with. Demanding that you don't go anywhere amd stay where you're told.This book did however surprise me. Raven absolutely loves when her best friends tell her what to do. She has been lusting over them for quite some time. But, the men are keeping a massive secret from her. They are feared but she just thinks it's because they are mean. They have chased every boy away from her. She's never dated. Never had any friends (apart from them) they are more deadly than she realises.One night she is sick and tired of all thr secrets and decides to go and search for them when they don't return home. She goes straight to the work shop because she knows that is where they will be. Her reaction to finding the men there doing what they do surprises her. She's not running. She's not running to the police. She loves them. No matter what. She just needs them to admit thier feelings.Overall I liked this book.

I loved Raven and the way she tormented the guys and riled Link up . They are keeping things from her until she’s 18 but Raven being her inquisitive self decides to go searching them out and finds out who they really are ,what she sees should have her running for the hills but it just makes her want them even more. I can’t wait for book 2 I expect Raven will blossom into who she’s always meant to be but it says February 2024 I just hope it releases sooner .

I absolutely loved this book and the fact that the fmc knows exactly what she wanted and how to get it the story keeps your attention and it’s a slow burner but I can’t wait to see where the rest of the story goes.

Stars given on level of engagement;5 stars - amazing! Less than a day to read because I cannot put it down and obsessed about after finishing it. I only give 5 stars if it has managed to engage extra emotions from me - extreme lol moments or real teary moments etc. A 5 stars book tends to have me raging about cliff hangers and stalking the author for release dates.4 stars - really good. 2 days to read or less. A book that I have really enjoyed reading, feisty MC and some racy scenes with thier romantic interest. I would definitely follow a series and author for 4 star books.3 stars - enjoyable. It takes around 2/3 days to read, by the end the end I have enjoyed the overall story and would read any sequels.1/2 stars not given, as I have usually returned it without finishing as I'm not engaged. .

I went into this book blind. This book was amazing in every way possible.This is a Reverse harem book with a discussion of several topics.I loved Raven's character. She was just feisty and she did what she wanted. Raven is in love with 4 men and they are also in love with her. Throughout this book, you will feel the literal tension between the characters because they don't get together until the very last chapter of the book. They all live in a safe haven house for mothers and kids in abusive situations and they run for their lives.The guys also run and lead the Black venom crew. Raven didn't know this until she snuck onto the property and saw it all happen for herself but she wasn't scared because those men would kill for her.I can't wait for book 2. I hope book 2 shows more of their relationship but I also hope it leads into their pasts. I also hope to see more of the baby and the 15-year-old that was brought into the home.

Oh wow, what can I say, this book was filled with suspense, secrets and holy hot guys. It's a slow burn ,but so worth the wait. Raven is another nonsense kick butt character who knows what she wants and has no problem letting the guys know. I am so excited for book 2, to see where the relationship goes from here.

Went in blind and came out gasping, this isn't a book you can put down. These mmc take possessive to a whole new level and I am here for it. It ticked every one of my boxes and I cannot wait to continue on with the series. Cannot rank this highly enough!

3.5 stars rolled up to 4I love Alisha Williams books! They are always so heavy on details and plot and suck you right in.This one was a little different for me. The story is good but definitely not as structured as her other books and it’s absolutely a slow, sloooow burn for the characters.The guys are delightfully unhinged and waiting out the school year before claiming their queen but Raven is pushing all the buttons on them to get them to break. I enjoyed the banter and bickering but it got frustrating that it lasted the guys resistance lasted the entire book.I also question where Quinton comes into everything!? Is he a possible 5th love for Raven or just a side character…. It’s confusing since he had a single chapter in his pov and only one other mention in the book in a Link pov chapter.There was no cliffhanger that left me scrambling to find out what the heck is going on, but it does indicate that the boys are ready to finally claim their queen so hopefully the next book also gives all the great spicy scenes Alisha is great at writing.

The little town of Black Ridge, secretly run by The Black Venom Crew.Hunter, cutey and most actively written into the storyline alongside Raven 😌Link, over-the-top jealous leading to crazed 🔪 spreesTaylor & Travis, twins 🧑‍🤝‍🧑... very, very active with other women but in love with Raven 🤐Obsessively possessive over their Little Bird, Raven. Her character was written well; loved her sassisness 😏Best friends to lovers, not much of the dark romance, RH as of yet. With this being the first in the reverse harem series, the steam and spice was definitely a slow burn 💋, mostly steamy tension 💯. This gave more focus to the characters themselves for each to individually develop along with their relationships.Hoping to have more insight into their pasts in the follow-on installments 🤞
