Best shelter we've had in 20 years.
Return or Replace Policy – we purchased the extended 3-year protection from Asurion, available in the Amazon process.Packaging & ContentsThe gazebo arrived very well-packaged, with all components securely packed and protected. Every piece was clearly labeled with a sticker, which made it easy to verify that nothing was missing. I checked the contents against the list provided, and everything was accounted for.Assembly ExperienceThe instructions consist mainly of pictures, which can be a bit challenging to follow. Written instructions alongside the images would have been extremely helpful and likely would have sped up the assembly process. You’ll definitely need at least two people for assembly, and I recommend three when assembling the main structure. Laying out all the parts and unpacking took about an hour, and the full assembly required an additional 2–3 hours.Materials & Build QualityThe materials are excellent—both the frame and the fabrics feel durable and high-quality. The fit of the parts is generally very good, and the zippered corners on the canopy make it easier to fit the fabric over the roof structure. However, the top roof (smaller) canopy lacks a zippered pocket on one of the corners, which made it impossible to get the last corner on; it really needs about 2 more inches of stretch. It did not fit. Both the top and bottom canopies could stand to be a bit larger, as they felt quite tight during installation. We’ll see how it does with high winds.Design & EngineeringThe gazebo is very sturdy and well-designed, especially the dual curtain system for privacy and insect protection. However, the expansion bolts included came with no instructions, and there were only two per column. I opted to use my own 1½” lag bolts per column for a more secure installation to our wooden deck.Overall ImpressionPros:• Excellent quality materials• Sturdy construction• Thoughtful design features (like zippered corners)• Attractive, elegant blue color• Comprehensive packaging and clear labeling• Compared to other shelters we’ve purchased, this one is far superior in every way.Cons:• Assembly instructions could be much clearer with written steps• Top and bottom canopies need to be slightly larger for easier installation• Expansion bolts lack instructions and may not be sufficient for all surfaces. And there needs to be 4 bolts per column in order to secure the shelter structure to a wooden deck.Final Rating: 4.9 out of 5With just a few minor improvements—mainly to the instructions and canopy sizing—this gazebo would be perfect. As it stands, it’s a fantastic addition to any backyard or garden. So far, so good. We’ve only had it for a few days.

Solid Gazebo with great customer service
Purchased and set up this Gazebo in early August 2024. Definitely a two or more person setup job unless you want to spend the whole day doing it solo. If you prefer commentary from the cheap seats include friends and family members that will sit and watch the assembly whilst consuming their favorite beverages. Regardless if they have ever, or are even capable of the work themselves, they will happily provide tips and corrections throughout the process. Don't worry, if you ignore them, they'll delightfully talk/yell louder. Any disagreements about techniques or methods will easily and slowly be resolved by enlisting innocent neighbors and strangers walking by to blindly agree with them. Added benefit is they will also contribute to the laugh track to any of your unintended three stooges style antics.A solid semi-permanent Gazebo that held up really well against the elements in summer, fall, and some winter. We regularly get high winds and gust warnings. As long as the legs are anchored well with proper weights (or bolted) the Gazebo wont move (used containers with sand on each leg).Unfortunately, being in a 'lake effect' snow area we got hit pretty hard over the winter while 10 miles away saw little, to nothing. Impressively the Gazebo held up through two back to back storm days that dumped 10-12"+ each day. On the morning on the third storm day is when it finally buckled under the massive amount of snow that had accumulated (I know this because it was captured on the cameras). Aside from a small stress indention on one of the long-side support bars, the roof frame was the only part that collapsed/inverted due to the weight. The roof converted into a bowl but the rest of the frame continued to hold the weight of the snow. Having been traveling for the holiday I wasn't able to relieve the stress of the snow until the fourth day after the storms had passed. Sadly, it required cutting the roof fabric material to let the rest of the snow to fall through. Even after clearing off 30% of the snow, the amount still left required shovels and a snow blower to manage it all.Customer Service:Since the frame held up well I reached out to Lausaint Home about ordering replacements for the affected pieces of the roof. They asked for images of the parts that needed replacing to assess and ensure the correct ones were ordered. Then instead of selling me the individual pieces they kindly, offered to make it easy and simply send a whole new Gazebo free of charge.Tips:Will limit the spectating audience size the next time setting this up.They also offer replacement/additional material so if you want a different exterior color later you can buy the curtains and roof separately.

Great Customer Service & Quality Product
Update: Received the new gazebo lightning fast with no issues and got it assembled. Two of us assembled the main structure until it was time to connect it all together. Four of us got it finalized and it took a couple of hours in total. It came out beautifully and is very sturdy: everyone is impressed by it because it looks nice but also because we have been experiencing high winds here lately and the gazebo hasn’t moved an inch. We added outdoor string lights for effect which was very easy because of the included hooks in the top of the gazebo. It is definitely a highlight to our outdoor space! I would purchase this gazebo again for quality alone.FYI: Pay very close attention to the pictures in the directions so you don’t inadvertently put anything together upside down or backwards and have to take it apart and redo. Also the canopy on top is mostly open around the sides so if you’re expecting it to be closed to keep bugs out: don’t.Original: Unfortunately the main bar arrived severely bent upon delivery. I contacted the seller who immediately offered to send a replacement free of charge. Top notch customer service from a seller that stands behind their product!
