When my trusty Philips Electric Shaver recently malfunctioned after several years of use, I opted for a Roaman design as it had received good Amazon reviews and, on that very day, was on Special Offer. I purchased it without hesitation. I am glad that I did!The razor, like my old one, has 3 angled heads and this one gives one of the best shaves I have ever experienced. Even with a couple of days worth of stubble the razor is superb, cutting the growth easily and leaving my face feeling smooth and clean. One pass is usually enough to cut the necessary hair but I go over each spot several times just to make sure. Shaving does not take very long at all and the results are exemplary.The Roaman Electric Shaver comes with a basic manual in several languages and the English section at the back covers 8 pages. The information includes all the essentials such as using and cleaning the razor as well as safety tips. Several illustrations help clarify the text, too.A small brush is included to assist cleaning and the razor can be dismantled and put back together in moments. There is a trimmer behind the blades on the back of the unit, activated via a switch, although admittedly I have not had much cause to use it yet, except to try it out – again with great results.Turning on the razor lights up a 5 digit LED display to highlight how much power remains. I have found this extremely useful as it gives a good indication as to when the razor will need recharging. When in use for any length of time the digits on the display go dull from the top and each light represents around 20 minutes of shaving time. This is a superb function and my old razor, nice though it was, did not have this feature. With my old one the power light flashed when power was very low and the device simply stopped working mere minutes later, which could be a problem!The Roaman razor also comes with a USB cable, allowing me to recharge it while I am working on my PC. This is fantastic as it helps cut down on electricity usage in my home and although some reviewers claim recharging times are long, I have personally not experienced this and the machine is fully charged within 30 minutes and often much less from initially a near empty charge! I tend to plug in the razor while my PC is running just to keep it topped-up with power.A small plastic protector is placed over the razor head to keep it safe from harm and I have found the razor to be extremely light to hold and use. Although I have never had a Roaman razor before, its high quality and ease of use won me over from the very first moment I enjoyed a shave with the device. Highly recommended!

Have been wet shaving for 60 years and found electric razors caused a skin rash and a burning sensation.Having had to recently start taking a blood thinning medication, I was advised to switch to an electric razor to avoid shaving nicks which might prove difficult to stem.I use this neat razor with a sensitive shaving gel and it works brilliantly well for me.And all for such a reasonable cost, it is a very nice piece of kit!

it dos the job its a bit noisy

Great waterproof lecky razor, that feels good to use and looks good too. Don't use it daily, only a few times a week, so can’t comment on it as a daily shaver, but would recommend 👍🏻

I brought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it I also bought it for my stepdad and he loves it too win win

Simple cheap razor that unfortunately after shaving with it you need another shave as the razor doesn’t shave close enough and leaves stubble.Don’t waste your money avoid this shaver!

Peu de défauts pour cet article, sauf à considérer qu'il tient moins bien la charge qu'annoncé (plutôt 60 mn que 120). En revanche, la recharge est rapide.

Dieser Rasierer geht durchaus rustikal zu Werke und könnte für empfindliche Haut möglicherweise etwas unangenehm sein, was mich aber nicht stört und was jetzt auch sehr nachgelassen hat, wohl weil meine Haut sich daran gewöhnt hat. Während mein vorheriger Markenrasierer (Philips) für ca. 90 Euro bereits nach wenigen Monaten kaum noch zu gebrauchen war (weswegen ich diesen kaufte statt teurer neuer Klingen), ist die Rasur bei diesem Gerät nach fast einem halben Jahr wie am ersten Tag. Dabei habe ich ihn nur einmal aufgeladen (ich rasiere mich allerdings nicht täglich) und da dies über einen USB Anschluss erfolgt, ist immer und überall Kabel und Netzteil zur Hand. Vorbildlich! Premiummarken hoffen wohl auch mit ihren proprietären Netzgeräten Geld verdienen zu können (diese können ja auch ausfallen) und ich muss nie mehr das Kabel suchen, denn USB Kabel und Netzteile sind reichlich vorhanden. Zu guter Letzt und als i-Tüpfelchen zur Perfektion (zumindest in dieser Preisklasse) ist das Gerät wasserdicht und lässt sich daher äußerst einfach und schnell reinigen, indem man den Scherkopf nach oben klappt und den Rasierer einfach unter Wasser hält.Fazit: Dieser Rasierer erfüllt meine Ansprüche voll und ganz und hat auch nach Monaten nicht nachgelassen. Dies kann ich von mindestens 2 bis 3 mal so teuren Markengeräten nicht behaupten.Klare Kaufempfehlung nicht nur wegen des sensationell kleinen Preises!

Nice size; easy to use, and to clean under the tap Battery seems to last well.Works best with a light coating of a shave cream, and shave oil pretty good; both give a smooth shave with no/little irritation. On a dry face, not so good; shave is not a clean, and some skin irritation.With these caveats, would recommend this shaver.

Der Rasierer ist eine gute Alternative zu den teueren Geräten, er lässt sich sehr gut reinigen, ist wie beschrieben Wasserdicht, für das rasieren gibt es einen Stern abzug, da er nicht ganz so gründlich ist man braucht etwas mehr Zeit zum rasieren, aber im goßen und ganzen gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
