Great strong bands, very impressed!
Wooohoo, these bands are super strong. The heaviest black band is super tight! I highly recommend these, no need to buy 5 in a pack that snap easily. I am sure these will last for a very long time due to the good quality. Don't waste your money anywhere else!

Highly recommended
Great wee pack to have, regardless of your level of fitness. I carry it with me all the time in my sports bag - love the packaging as well (very compact and classy). I use the bands as part ofmy routine, either before my tennis games for warm up and stretching, but also incorporated into my gym workout. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to workout hard or just tone up - you will feel the difference from the very first day!!!

A dos meses y poco más de uso estoy contenta con ellas. He notado bastante el progreso de mi fuerza y he perdido el temor a que se rompan (que supongo lo harán con el tiempo pero espero que no prematuramente). Claro es que no las estiro como una posesa, Entiendo que están pensadas para recorridos cortos y posturas mantenidas tal y como recomiendan las instrucciones. La roja y la negra mejor para las piernass. La primera para calentar y la segunda para tonificar más en serio. La morada la reservo para los brazos que son más débiles. Creo que tienen una buena relación precio/calidad. Tal y como me recomendó el fabricante las preservo de la humedad y de la sal. Las lavo con jabón neutro cuando me parece que les hace falta, las seco con cuidado, les echo polvos de talco y las guardo en su práctica bolsita. Las recomiendo para tonificación suave/media. Para sansones/as mejor otro tipo de gomas. :)12/12/18. A 11 meses de su adquisición, sólo la negra resiste por estar reforzada (aunque tiene bastantes grietas que presagian su pronta ruptura); si bien es porque no la estoy usando con la asiduidad e intensidad del principio. De ser así, se habrían roto todas en pocos meses. Las recomiendo, pero quienes las adquieran deben saber que tienen poca vida y, dependiendo del uso y el mantenimiento, deben estar dispuestos a renovarlas con relativa frecuencia. Digamos que podría considerarse un producto bastante perecedero.
