Nice but a problematic
These work as designed but the pull-down aspect isn’t as easy as I would like as you must lift the plant to release the pull down aspect and if the plant is large and heavy this was hard for this single senior woman.I found I needed my step stool to be able to lift plant enough to release to pull down to water…which kind of defeated the purpose as at that point I could just water the plant from the step stool without pulling down the plant. I had hoped I could pull down the plant by the macrame tail but nope. So added a water bulb (seen in blue) on plant) to minimize watering efforts.

Exactly what I needed!
I received this plant as a housewarming gift. It was so high up that I was having trouble watering it without getting wet. Today I received this retractable plant pulley hanger I purchased and it worked perfectly. I was able to easily pull it down to my waist to water and it actually stayed down while I watered the plant. When through watering I pushed it up from the bottom of the planter and it stayed where I wanted it! I LOVE it and recommend it to anyone needing to water plants that are too high up. It eliminates the need to get a stepladder and therefore very SAFE!

Good but could be better
Like how it works - but did not care for the hook on the end of the pulley. It does not accommodate for using outdoors with medium sized plants as the hook on those hangers is too thick for the pulley hook

I use this product so I can care for flower pots which are too high to reach without a pulley. Yes, it works!

Easy to install, can’t yet speak to quality/ease of use
Just installed these pulleys above my behemoth floor plants as it’s been getting near impossible to access the hanging guys. Super easy to set up. Will update my review after living with the pulleys through a few Plant Fridays..
