Trying to assemble the back peice is a problem
Installation is ridiculous, Beautiful couch tho and comfortable. But honestly to fancy for my taste. bcuz I prefer to live in my living room. This is like something u would put in a hotel lobby.

Not as described and arrived damaged when delivered
This item arrived damaged but most importantly the item is very small in size and looks more like a sofa for a child's play room in size compared to my other sofas this is a Minnie sofa. Also when asking Amazon to return seller asked for photos of damaged areas which I took photos of instead of just returning and scheduling a pick up for the item with a full return of purchase when we did have to item for a week...how upsetting

Not able to put he sofa together due to broken and damage pieces of the sofa. I want a partial refund.

The quality is outstanding and it looks perfect in my living room.What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The seller responded promptly and thoroughly. They kept me updated on the shipping strays which was very reassuring. Only issue is that it’s short in length but all in all it’s really worth the price.
