This picture frame is made really well! The acrylic is thick and sturdy. The on/off buttons on the back make it really easy to turn on and off. You can leave it plugged in and charging the entire time, if you want, it comes with the wire and wall plug.Uploading photos onto the frame is very easy. Once plugged into the computer, a file will appear for you to click on and drag photos into the folder. The photos will automatically upload, which is great and simple. The one issue I did not like due to preference was that all photos either needed to be horizontal or vertical, depending on how you wanted the frame to sit. Photos that are not in the direction of the how the frame is sitting are turned sideways, upside down, etc, which was visually bothering me.Image quality is very good and the photos rotate pretty quickly in the frame. The 2GB of memory allows you to put a ton of photos onto the frame for lots of variety so you do not continuously see the same photos over and over. I would absolutely purchase another one of these for the price.

My daughter made this for her best friend! It was very cute. The frame was thick and not made cheaply. A few pics/videos wouldn’t upload but it could’ve been how we saved them. Either way the teens were happy!

I ordered this a month ago, after receiving the item I didn’t open the box which was my mistake, as I was waiting for our ultrasound to surprise my wife. The day of the ultra sound I opened the box, connected to laptop and uploaded the 5 second video. The device then started showing the video distorted, and turned off before I could show it to my wife and it never turned back on. Now I can’t return it it’s past it’s 30 day window and its defective completely ruined the surprise.

Extremely easy to hook up to your computer and drag and drop files. Upload speed will depend on your internet but mine downloaded it fast. No connectivity issues and the images are clear.

The media could not be loaded. Got this to play Gojo thirst traps, you can also put up pictures of your family or whateverSound is terrible but I don’t care that much about that. I’ll put a short video upSuper easy to use, literally just connect to your pc’s usb and drag the video you want in the file that is labeled video and that’s it

I got this for my brother for his bday it has photos of my brother that died this year and he had it up on his nightstand by his bed.

Cheap quality. Uncustomizable. I spent 2 hours uploading photos, sizing them correctly to orientate well in the screen to be up right. I turned it off and turned it back on and now all of the pictures are distorted and you can’t disable to auto rotate feature which distorts pictures. Bought as a gift so I didn’t set it up until now I wish I could send it back and get something better. Seriously disappointed and upset especially for the price. Don’t waste your time
