I received my performer today. I was shocked when it arrived because it was in a very well-made crate. It arrived in perfect condition. I completed the minor assembly and used it briefly to test it out. I absolutely love it. I can’t tell any difference using this from the reformers I used when I was taking Pilates classes. I’m so glad I made this purchase.This reformer is very high quality and operates very smoothly, and quietly. I was very nervous about making the purchase and did a lot of reading before deciding, there were so many options. Again I’m glad I purchased this one.The only negative I see so far is that it is heavy, even though it’s portable and can be put away. I’m sure it’ll get easier the more I have to put it away. The foot pad area is a little deeper than I expected, so when using the foot strap my heals rest on the foot board rather than being suspended over the springs. It doesn’t quite look like the folded up version in the pictures on the sell page.

This is the best purchase I have made for myself. I love my reformer. It makes the workout hard and fun. Tons of YouTube videos available and the jump board is one of my favorites as it makes cardio a blast.Customer service was excellent. Called to let us know it was being delivered and followed back up to see how we like the reformer.It was not hard to put together however I had my husband’s help. It is a bit heavy so 2 people make it easier. It has a long mat so an above average height person can easily use this machine.

As a total newbie, this reformer helped me stay consistent! It looks beautiful, feels really solid, and is super user-friendly. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed and accomplished. Faittd makes it easy for beginners to get into Pilates without sacrificing quality.

This Reformer is great and has been moved from the USA to Germany for a military move! it held up perfectly and is still a daily routine for me. The springs are holding up well and the mat is still as comfortable as the day it arrived. It has great strap handles that are lined and soft to touch and comfortable!

Revised reviewCustomer service is absolutely incredible. It’s like a luxury store experience. From the get go with springs order (see below) to today. The carriage size is a challenge for me, but this team has asked for videos and photos to help me with a solution. I am extremely impressed and because they are working so hard to help me make this work, my next reformer will be from them again for sure.I wish I could change the star rating to 4.5.They also helped me with the carriage not being smooth - it’s a simple fix; loosen, balance and retighten. It did the trick.Keep in mind. This is a foldable reformer and as mentioned in my original review there will be things that feel and work differently than a stationary version.Original review:Overall it’s sturdy and decent quality for the price. The downside is that the carriage is extremely long, much longer than any typical studio reformer - at almost 5’4” I have to add padding to get my body low enough on the carriage to be effective. Not ideal at all. In fact, had I known, I would have gone with a stationary version to get the most out of the machine. Folding is a nice to have, but I would have happily spent more on something that fit, even if it had to be stationary.That said, if folding is important to you, this might be the reformer for you!! Carriage isn’t as smooth as my previous Balanced Body or Flexia, but that’s probably because of the folding although I’ve seen some reviewers say theirs is smooth and quiet - so could be inconsistent construction.It comes fully assembled, which is fantastic! And their dotcom store is lovely - I ordered an additional heavy spring and they emailed me to confirm which reformer I owned before they shipped the springs - I love that level of care!

Amazing piece of equipment- read many reviews and finally decided on this unit. Additionally, the customer service is great, as I had trouble getting it folded again for storage and they were quick to send me an instructional video that helped tremendously. If you are considering this machine do not hesitate - quality for sure !
