Great screen size for my disabled mom

i bought this tablet a month ago for my niece, she will be going to college in September. She barely uses this tablet as again she has a laptop etc but wanted something smaller for college. Fast forward a week ago she is showing this thing to her friend and the screen is black. She is thinking maybe it needs to be charged . So she put it to charge. Later in the day still blank. Her mom now thinks i bought a cheap used tablet for her which is not true. I'm here contacting the seller the seller is telling me to contact amazon, contacting amazon they want me to contact the seller.I have been dealing with this issue for 4 days now and no resolution. I was told to return the non working tablet and informed the individuals my niece lives in the Caribbean, there is no way to return this tablet without me paying, i paid about $100 just to have this tablet sent i am not about to pay more money to have this tablet sent back to amazon after a brand new product just stops working. I have offered to have her mom repair it and amazon pay for the repair( i don't even want that option as this is a new tablet). nope that's not good enough. They would like me to pay money to return this tablet. I am now at a point where no one will answer my messages or call , i have been expecting 2 calls and no one was called. No one is trying to answer my messages

I purchased this tablet for my five-year-old son and overall it seems like a great tablet for a young child. It arrived the very next day. It was in perfect condition which I applaud however, I do have a major issue with the product description. It clearly stated that this is a 10 inch tablet so I went ahead and purchased screen protectors, and a case for that size unfortunately the actual size is only 9.5 inches so none of the accessories I bought fit i’m not extremely upset because the tablet itself works well and is appropriate for a child but the inconvenience has been frustrating because I now have to go through the hassle of returning the incorrect accessories re-ordering the right ones and waiting for them to arrive in the meantime, my son cannot even use the tablet because I won’t let him handle it without a case or screen protector. My son originally wanted an Apple iPad, but while browsing I came across this tablet. At first, I was skeptical because of the lower price — I assumed it wouldn’t be very good. But I decided to give it a try, thinking I could always return it if needed.To my surprise, I absolutely loved it! The tablet exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s well-built, the battery life is impressive, and it has proven to be incredibly useful for my son — both for learning and entertainment.The performance is smooth, the display is clear, and overall, it’s great value for the price. I’m glad I gave it a chance, and honestly, I would buy it again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I’m enjoying this tablet very much. The screen size is perfect for my desk doesn’t take up much space. The quality of the keyboard and mouse are good. The styles it brings allows me to touch the screen without using my hands keeping it finger print free. I have not had an issue with the screen freezing. Overall great product for the value price.
