It will wake you up!!
I am notorious for hitting the snooze button 3-4 times before getting up, and waking up everyone else in the process.The first day I wore this I was able to wake up right away!! I love it!!

Hard to charge and totally impossible to set up it just doesn’t work at all it’s a total waste of money I should have returned it as o can’t use it at all and have to buy my son another one
