I get my merino fleece from a renowned UK Wool Merchant, who sources the merino wool from non-mulesed flocks in South America, and then dyes the fleece using dyes that are non-toxic, colour fast and baby-safe. The mermaid picture kit also has curly sheep fleece, sourced from UK flocks and then hand-dyed by me in my studio in Somerset.
