I put in 300 feet of bamboo to screen along the road - was planning on putting a drip irrigation system in to keep the bamboo watered but was stalled as all the components added up to aSizable sum. I installed a flow/pressure reducer to the soaker hose and it does the trick. It’s got a heavy fabric cover that the water drips through - an effective watering solution at less than 1/10th the cost of drip system. Although I need to move the hose to each new area it’s not difficult and I also saved the time needed to assemble the drip system l. This is the way to go

I have a small potted garden and needed to replace my round rubber soaker hose. This is perfect. The Heavy Duty Double layer designs work great. It provides enough water to my plants and is flat instead of round rubber. I have been using it for 3 months and connects easy to my hose with no problem. Saves on water.

Purchased 5 of these back in Feb 2021, all 5 have some issue. they either leak, the outer shielding has torn open, the inner tubing has degraded. I reached out to customer support to see what they will say, haven t heard back. I purchased them due to the seller advertising these are heavy duty and the life time guarantee. 1star rating for now until i get some feedback from the seller, will update review once i hear back to let you know if they honor there product.Update - I received feed back from the seller they asked me to ship back the hoses to them, so i did. I Monitored the tracking to ensure they received it with signature required. I waited about another week or two to see if they would contact me about my return. I had to email them again, give them the tracking information and email asking for me to ship it back to them before they would honored there warrantee. They refunded my money for “only” 3 out of the 5 hoses that i shipped to them. Why you ask? well turns out The reason they only honored 3 only was because 2 where sold by “amazon”. while the other 3 where sold by “Rocky Mountain”. I had no idea this mattered but it does. So, Rocky Mountain recommended I contact Amazon customer service for the other 2 houses. So, I then contacted Amazon and explained the situation to Amazon customer service and they gave me a one time credit for the remaining 2 hoses. Keep in mind to check who is the actual seller is.So, Im still leaving rating at 1 star, although i am grateful i got most of my money back (minus shipping them back in my own dime) with the items I purchase, I care about the quality of the item and in my case 5 out of 5 hoses purchased did not last when put into use, they did not hold up to being out doors. If one had failed ok, but all 5? I cant give more than 1 star for product quality , 4 stars to rocky mountain as a seller for refunding most of my money and 5 stars to Amazon for crediting the 2 hoses since they always seem to do the right thing in this situation. Well after less than one year, it's not only leaking where the thorns were, but now it's spraying out through the seems. I couldn't get a picture or video to load. But the spray is about 18" high. Purchase with caution.

Works for our small garden. I set this up on a timer while we were away on vacation for 10 days. We've been back for 2 weeks, I just let the timer setup keep doing its magic. It places the water at the roots of the plants, and the plants seem to love it.

I purchased this soaker hose to water some trees we had planted. I was previously watering each tree with an open-ended hose on a slow trickle for about 30 minutes each and noticed a lot of run-off. I can run this soaker hose for about 15 minutes and the containment will be full of water without any run-off! I highly recommend watering trees this way. I feel like I'm getting more water to the tree in half the time.And in case you were wondering (like me), yes - the END CAP of the soaker hose is included. You do not need to purchase anything extra.

* Update: Rocky Mountain finally reached out and issued a refund for the defective product with guidance to reorder on Amazon. Hopefully it was an isolated situation/defect. Upgraded to 3 stars.After six uses, the hose started spraying copious amounts of water (not weeping) from the last two feet. This significantly reduced the pressure to the rest of the hose. Reached out to company (because of lifetime warranty) who said send a photo and info, which I did the same day. They did not respond further, despite multiple times contacting them. Quality bad, customer service bad, warranty bad.

I’ve probably purchased about eight of these for my garden beds. You can leave them out year-round if you live in a climate that has a cold and snowy winter I just make sure that they are disconnected from the spigot in the fall. They’ve been very durable and as long as, you have enough pressure you can attach three or four 50 foot sections together. If your water pressure is not really great, I would suggest only using 150 foot section at a time and use a splitter that you can switch between the different soaker hoses.

It’s great, water seeps out all the way to end of hose, even up a slight incline. Looks and feels durable . I will be getting a couple more.....so good.

I don't like because Wasting money not good quality

This hose is fantastic! It works over slight bumps and small hills unlike many other soaker hoses that need completely level ground. Of course, it's a soaker hose, so you need to allow the hose to fill using half-pressure then Reduce the flow! If not, you are bound to pop a water regulator two. It leaks a little on either end, but I find that the leaking isn't out of control, especially if I respect the need to maintain low water pressure. The best part, instead of me watering for about 40 to 60 minutes to cover the entire area and trying not to get the leaves of the tomato plants wet, I just turn it on and forget about it for about an hour or two. The water distribution and permeation into the soil is far better than what I can do with a spray hose or watering can.

I like this item and tried to order another one but it was no longer available at the same price.
