R92 Pewter Casting Alloy is our most popular pewter and is an excellent casting alloy with approximately 92% Tin and 8% Antimony and containing no copper. The melting temperature is around 466 F. Each ingot weighs approximately 1 pound, and measures about 1" x 2" x 1". Our lead-free pewters are used for the finest jewelry, gifts, collectibles, novelty items, accessories, awards, and decorations. These alloys can also be used to cast into plaster of paris, sand, and rubber molds.

Good Product -
The pewter is good and I've ordered 3 times ... first time I got 2 1lb bars - just what I was looking for. Second time I ordered I got 1 2lb bar - a little larger than I wanted in one chunk. The third time I realized I might get a 2lb bar, but it came in 2 - 1lb bars. So, if you don't mind the difference bar sizes then this is a good product at a good price.
