It's not bad, does the job for the most part. Just wish the pins/cones/points (whatever you wanna call em') were a little bit sharper. Other wise seems well made, comfortable to hold, light weight and travel ready.

Retractable works good & has 2 sides for scratcher.

Since shoulder surgery I couldn’t scratch my back. Love the telescoping handle and choice of sides. Thumbs up

I was looking for a Heavy Duty Back Scratcher that was able to Extend to reach more. This function works really well although a little stiff when extending.My biggest problem with it is the Scratcher it's self. It's way too STIFF! I thought it was going to be made out of some type of soft Silicone or something but not, it's like HARD PLASTIC!!! This causes my skin to hurt and sometimes break open and Bleed.This is an FYI to anyone looking at this item. Just be careful.

This probably works wonderfully as a back scratcher, but we bought it as a tool to touch a shy and timid cat we recently adopted. We scratch her head and neck and chin with it and stroke her body with it, while keeping a safe distance from claws and teeth. She's really come around to accepting us after just a week of using this. We can now use this for a minute or two and then touch her with our hands with no fear of her getting upset and hissy like she did before. We are still gaining her trust and it will be gradual but this scratcher has really helped. She's a bit sensitive about her paws being touched so we will continue to use this to touch her legs and paws as we need to be able to clip her nails.

Very sturdy, will last long

I like this telescopic design. Easy to put away and store. Feels well made. The scratcher has two sides. The spikier side is much better for getting at the itch.

Okay, but not good value for money.

Compared to other scratchers, this is the one doing a very good job.
