Q: Would these work to suction to the back of my boat and secure my tube for cruising around the lake?

I wouldn't recommend it. They aren't really meant for drag. I would get some solid mounts and mount to the hull.

Q: How well would they hold on aluminum surfaces?

No idea but they work brilliantly on my paddle board. Industrial strength! I would think, as long as it’s smooth, the suction would work.

Q: How well they hold on wooden door?

I don't know since I never used it on a wooden door. My guess is if it is painted with a gloss paint or polyurethane it will hold well but wood is porous and the suction will fail on it as it is.
