I am decorating a Hogwarts themed room,and the client wanted the room to look "old world" not just Harry Potter merch everywhere,so when it came to bedding a Harry potter duvet cover was a no no,this fits the brief perfectly, the muted colours and overall look of the quilt is really good and the quality is great for the price,lightweight enough to add extra warm over a duvet and light enough to be used on it's own in the summer months.

As my traditional 4' 6" double pine bed has small posts at the foot it's a little awkward for any kind of throw to hang down to the floor. But I saw this and just couldn't resist! I knew I'd have to improvise when it arrived, and I found a solution with a little artful pleating! (See photo).The deep creases you can see are where it was folded in the packet (and I was just too eager to see what it looked like! ). Although a couple of stubborn ones remain, the majority have worked their way out pretty quickly, which I was pleased about.The throw itself would actually hang much lower at the foot of someone else's bed. It's only shorter on mine as I pulled it toward the headboard and folded the top under itself to assist with my 'foot post dilemma'.I couldn't testify to its warmth or comfort, as I use this for decorative purposes only. However, it is fairly thin / lightweight, which suits my purposes just fine, and it was a little stiff at first, although it's softening up as time ticks on.The colours are so warm and rich, there's a lovely scalloped edge running all the way round, and the size is generous. It came with matching pillow shams too! Both the throw and the shams have matching fabric to the underside, which is a deep burgundy background with a ditsy floral pattern. So all three pieces could be reversed if I get bored :)Please note, this is a 'mock patchwork' fabric design with swirly-stitching all over its surface to create a quilted effect, not one with actual stitched patches, in a traditional patchwork sense.

The bedspread was vacuum packed so I spread it out to plump it up. It looks and seems good quality. The mix of the colours in it is ideal for matching different bed linen and curtains. I always wash newly purchased bedding before use but this is too big for my washing machine and even if it fitted would probably be too heavy when wet for my machine to handle the spin function. So I've chosen to get it dry cleaned, which has doubled the price! So unless you have a heavy duty washing machine, local laundrette that's cheap or are OK with more expensive dry cleaning prices, you'll need to consider the upkeep costs! That said, if it survives the dry cleaning, it will look great on my bed.

Very pretty with lovely colours. Brightens up my room no end. Can’t wait to try it! Not sure how well it will wash though? Haven’t tried yet 🤔

Excellent value for money compared to the other throws I'd been looking at, I bought two for the price that one of the others priced at. They look fabulous on my red sofas, the perfect size and they really brighten them up, I'm really please with them

Very pretty and beautifully made.However….. a single bed size it is not.Previous bed covers I have purchased come down to the floor on all sides. This barely touches the top and bottom of the bed and overhangs the sides about six inches. More like a cot bed size. In that respect very disappointing.I would suggest purchasing at least a double or possibly a king size if you want good coverage. Maybe the seller should consider re-sizing the product.

Looks good and quality is good. Washes and dries well.Wish I could get it in a double as well (Not king-size)

I had read earlier reviews criticising the thinness of this bedspread, but I just wanted something to look pretty on top of a duvet, not to add extra warmth, so I am happy with its weight.My bed is an unusual size, and the super king size bedspread drops to a few inches short of the floor all round and the corners just meet the floor.I didn't want any trailing corners (as in the illustration) over which I could trip.I haven't tried to wash it yet, but hope my machine can cope with an item of this size.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase 😊

Exactement ce qu'il me fallait : couvre lit léger, couture soignée, lavage facile. Imprimé fleuri très gai et doux

La colcha está muy bien, con dos cojines a juego, no se ve mala calidad, no es muy gruesa. Viene embasada al vacío como si fuera un embutido, un poco penoso.
