I know what to do now
I love that I can use my phone to look up how to correctly perform an exercise. The author makes it simple and I think I may be able to commit to working out for 90 days and see what happens for me.

Good for Beginners - Links to Each Exercises Makes it Easy to Perform Variety of Movements
Great book for those that would rather work out at home than go to a gym. As some have mentioned, there are no images of exercises - however, there are QR codes that I can quickly scan to take me to short video clips that tell me how to perform each exercises, which at the end is better and clearer I believe for me. The charts and schedule makes it clear and easy for me to have a guide and what to do - creating a routine and habit.

There are several things I love about this book. There are QR codes that trigger a video for each movement being taught. You never have to wonder if you are doing it right. There is a complete table of contents so you can go directly to your preference for that day.Well being is addressed from many angles including self-talk, nutrition, your workout and the importance of rest.

exactly as the title says
My gf just started going to gym first time in her life, so I bought the book immediately upon seeing the title. She's very happy with it. Practical and to the point.

Having put off joining the gym for so long out of fear of not knowing what to do - I couldn’t be more grateful for this book! The wide range of workouts (and only needing dumbbells) is perfect for a workout newbie like myself. The QR codes are such a helpful addition to be able to see how to complete the exercise properly. Super helpful!
Since reading through this book, it has helped me develop confidence in the gym as well as home work outs which I do occasionally. The techniques available have helped my understanding of form and the support of nutrition will no doubt help me reach my goals. From shy girl to not knowing what to do, to feeling confident and content with my workouts and meals. Very pleased with this!

No pictures of workouts
Wasted my money.. you can read all this information on google etc. there are no pictures of the dumbell workout. If you are comfortable with it then you can scan barcode for every workout and see videos! Its not all convenient, its not for everyone. There are many same dumbell workouts videos out there on Youtube and Instagram, nothing different!!
