Heavy Duty Truck Scan Tool
I tried scan tool on a couple of 2016 Peterbuilts with a Cummins and a Paccar engine. It worked fine on both trucks. Read and cleared codes.

Was disappointed it doesn't do manufacturer's specific codes.
This is a generic code reader. It does not give you code definitions for manufacturer's specific codes. I wish I had known that. I probably didn't read the description close enough when I was shopping all the options. It did do what it's supposed to.

Can't force regens, basically only good for reading and clearing codes. (Kenworth fleet)

This scanner is great for the price, i was able to get ABS codes off a 09 international 4600, easy to use i like it.

Just ordered to diagnose a 2005 International 4300 with a DT466. I also tested it on a 2004 Freightliner FL70 with a catapillar 3126. On both trucks It pulled codes and showed basic live data including injection control pressure which I needed to see. Can’t complain, it does what I need and was much less than other tools that do this.

Bought for heavy duty work and it barely does it.
The scanner works fine on normal every day traffic. But I bought it for heavy duty vehicle work. Diesel stuff. J1938 and j1708. And it can barely read it. 1-2 codes. When I hook the shop I work for’s laptop it pulls everything I need up. Do not buy this for heavy duty work
