I didn't realize how small the kiln is. 5 1/2" at biggest makes it perfect for wax burnout for small jewelry.

Love how fast it rises temperature, this model doesnt have a time controller, so that is importante to know.Pmc supplies doesnt answers emails fast, but you can call to talk to someone of technical support, they are very helpful
